Sorry to hear this. I hope it works out OK for you in the end.

It's not worth getting into financial stress over just an iPhone.

You’ve made me reminisce now about my silver iPhone X and the Saddle brown leather case, one of my favourite combos! Went with the same on my 11pro

Will more than likely be going silver again this year, but was thinking fine woven mulberry.

May have to go back to the ol’ brown tan or whatever fancy name they decide to give it this year now

Ps, hope the hangover hasn’t hit! 🤣

Can I ask what do you mean by this?

How far in advance do we need to do the sell on MM to secure a price?

You have 21 days from agreeing to sell. But they have to have received the phone and checked it by 21 days.

So if shipping to them, use RM special delivery.

Should take a leaf out of my book - two years ago thought why not cut out Alcohol. Still going. The best part is you go out, everyone is drunk so they don’t notice you are sober and you wake up feeling good!

Been on holidays, to weddings etc and never looked back!

I guess they let it run because of third party cases listing showing up online and some members even bought few cases.

Plus cases thread only gets busy after keynote compared to pre order threads. Less man time to moderate the thread.

That Nomad Modern Leather case looks 😍

I think if the price goes up again this year but stays at 128GB then I will pass. I don’t need any more than 128GB but having stomached a price increase last year I really hope we get something extra if the price goes up again. While it’s possible to upgrade early and make a slight ‘profit’ by selling the old one, I am increasingly realising that because iPhones keep their value so well then the ‘profit’ after 2 years is much greater so I might stick this time. Let’s see if they can tempt me with the announcement!

also, you seeing the Royal Mail tracking shown as 'delivered' doesn't mean MM have it as received.

I've had occasions when the RM parcel has arrived early on a Friday morning and then its not been processed until the following Monday.. eating into those 21 days..
advice would be to send in as soon as possible.

I'll be doing mine Wednesday if there are no delays on the 15PM... also might make pre-order at 1pm the following Friday more interesting if there's limited stock.. the shipping dates could start dropping soon and all the drama around waiting for the App Store to open when everyone's already has... that all comes into play!

bigger issue is that I need the drink to actually make me want to socialise with some of the people at work! 😂


I've pretty much cut it out too.. maybe a beer during Super Sunday etc... quite enjoying the 0% stuff now.. that's got a lot better..


these 3 day hangovers put me off ever doing it again

UR packaging kit. Not so great.

Obviously ill be using my own boxes (i.e iPhone Box and Apple packaging left overs) bubble wrapped twice lol.
