UK iPhone 4S thread.

Anybody got theirs by parcelforce today?
Was posted yesterday lunchtime and the truck hasn't left the depot yet, just want to ring them and say I'll collect it haha
 
Hey everyone, my first time posting, but been reading for awhile.
im starting to get nervous. Its not gone 3pm and still no sign of TNT.
They say delivery from 9am to 6pm, but Ive never had a delivery arrive at the end of day.

Status still says "out for delivery", so will have to be patient.

OX3. IT'S HERE. my hands were literally trembling when I was opening the UPS box it was in lol. OMG.
 
I will be in the minority here, but going from iPhone 4 to the 4S is underwhelming.

Great design, and happy with a new camera etc, but i wouldn't break a leg to get one if you have the iPhone 4.

Patience mate, mine was only delivered about 40 mins ago.
 
UPS finally delivered here at 15:15 Northampton. Been out for delivery since 3:30am!

There's still hope folks...

Wondering what you expected?
 
I think the longer you wait between iPhone upgrades, the more amazing it is. There's not really much difference between 4s and 4, the camera will be better, it'll be faster, games might look a little prettier, and you'll have siri to talk to. But really, it's just an improved 4.

And yes, i have just upgraded from 4 to 4s :D Need it for development - I'm planning an app update that works with the 4s' new hardware. I'm selling the 4 to a friend who's upgrading from an iPhone 1 - now THAT will be one hell of an upgrade!
 
Still waiting for the lazy *********** at uk mail to deliver mine, its out for delivery according to their website since 7.30am.

Feel your pain. Called UK Mail and they tried to call the delivery guy to get an ETA Wasn't answering. Probably playing with my iPhone 4S.

Damn! UPS attempted to deliver. Wasn't in.
 
Got mine from the O2 shop near to my office. Went about ten minutes before opening time, and there were only a couple of dozen people waiting. In and out in around forty minutes. Now, roll on four o'clock so I can go home and connect it to my imac and get up and running!

Next to my magic mouse it doesnt look as bad... but you can still see the mouse is deffo more of a blue bright white, than the iphones cream white.

little bit disappointed. had never seen a white one before owning one
 
Got a call from my girlfriend to tell me it has arrived!!

Live in East Kilbride (Glasgow) ordered through Apple, shipped by UPS.

Waiting since 8 am today still no iPhone 4s .. Almost 4 pm .. Do I still have hope?

Meant to be delivered by parcel force :(
 
UPS & TNT are much better than uk mail!

they had to spread the delivers out over lots of carriers

looks like the peeps waiting on uk mail are getting shafted :mad:

Well Three's distribution centre problem which has affected 'random' orders means no iPhone for me today and, as I'll be at work tomorrow, in all probability I won't get it until Monday:( At least its coming via Royal Mail- so I can go and collect it from the Delivery Office on Monday afternoon.

On the positive side they've been very responsive to people on Twitter today. They need to have a word with their CS for putting out false information, not helping things at all.

Sorry for everyone else having problems, you have my sympathies.

Just have to wait a *little* bit longer...... :D

I've also been hesitating to use the bathroom all day ... Cos you just know its gona happen lol
