UPS & TNT are much better than uk mail!

they had to spread the delivers out over lots of carriers

looks like the peeps waiting on uk mail are getting shafted

im a inpatient ********

every moron in the country has got theirs before me!!!!!!!!!!!!

FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hear ya! However, TNT F*cked up my delivery today.. so it' all subjective, I guess.

From what I'm reading on here, I think UK Mail are really pulling out all the stops to try and fulfil there deliveries... or, is it just me thinking that?

I take offence to that. Is there really a need to insult everyone because they received something before you? something that is out of their hands?

My UKmail phone arrived this morning perfectly safely, and I dont think i should be called a 'moron' because of it

Got mine from UK Mail 8.30 this morning, said they were delivering tomorrow.

Yeah, mine was delivered this morning with ukmail too (and they even left it with a neighbour while i was out!)

Also, anyone holding it in and refusing to visit the bathroom for relief - you're doing in wrong:

1. You're risking a burst bladder, NOT good!

2. You know for a fact that the delivery driver is waiting for you to go. Get in there, pour a bottle of water into the loo. Collect iPhone, then run back to the bathroom before 1. happens. (Alternatively, take the bottle with you.)

Thanks, but nope, Im on o2.

Bit annoying as I normally have Wifi signal at home/work. And in most cases where I dont have Wifi, I have a stronger signal on 2G than 3G. Seems an unnecessary waste of battery.

Any one else seeing this? I am also on O2, just swapped my SIM from my 3GS into my 4S and I also no longer have the option to switch off 3G?

After all the hassle about it being delivered for Monday, saying it was dispatched today, it arrived today! Oh my weekend is so much better :D

Keep the faith guys, having been dispatched at 8:10 am only 7 miles away, it has finally arrived here in Gerrards Cross via UK mail... Only took 8 hours!

Curious as to why you would want to? o2 data is unlimited, so are you turning it off to retain battery life? surely the benefits of having 3g enabled outweigh the small amount of battery you'd save.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

Love it when you make a 220K view thread.

Anyway, can't wait to go to pick up my 4S, only a week until I get paid :)

So it left the depot at 6:48, which means the driver has been approximately 30 mins from my house for about 9 hours now.

Mine arrived whilst i was out via Uk mail.

Luckily our daughter was in to collect!

It was delayed this morning and i drove 60 miles to collect from the depot as the service line said it was still at the depot, it was on the truck! haha.

Right, im off to have a damn good fiddle with it!

Good luck people! :D

If I am running low on battery I switch off 3G to make my 3GS last a little bit longer. Especially useful on the bus when I want to listen to music on the way home.

I am just wondering if anyone else is seeing this option missing on their iPhone 4S or indeed with iOS 5

Looks like the option has gone, TBH I always had 3G off on my 3G to save battery but the 4 lasted just as long with 3G on, the 4S has a bigger battery and more efficient OS, you should be good.
