If you have the money in your account and are willing to be a bit cheeky I would say leave the order as it is and sell one on ebay at a premium...

Had crazy problems here.. kept getting the Oops! message, then when retrying getting stuck on various steps of the checkout process. Finally, after about 30 minutes of trying and retrying, I got through and ended up on the Thank You page.

Coverage - Usually its great, 3g everywhere, although occasional dead spots in areas you just expect signal, towns outside major cities for example.
Customer Service- Never had a problem, called to get my iPhone4 unlocked the other day, done in a few minutes.Although had to speak to india, not an issue for me though
Visual Voicemail- Nope. I must get >10 voicemails a year though so doesnt bother me.

3 customer service is *****. Coverage is OK, it was the only carrier to get me a 3G signal in the Highlands of Scotland.
God, this is so frustrating-keep getting an 'Oops' message & return to Apple Store-on the phone number finally got through with message no orders possible due to call volumes-please return to online store.
Where else would it be so hard to give 'em your cash!

i got hacked off using the web store so tried the app version, worked 1st time 😀 here's hoping for an arrival on the 14th - i cant take too many days off.

I kept getting Oops in Chrome, switched to IE and it was fine. I understand there's a very high chance its nothing to do with that, more likely server load, but still... give a different browser a shot.
Does anyone know what carriers Apple use at the moment? I'm wondering where I might have to go to collect from a depot if I'm out for delivery? (although I'm still trying to order - trying to checkout is a 'mare)

I never made it to a confirmation screen on the ordering page, my first attempt got an Oops! error while it was processing then the 2nd just got stuck at processing for 10 minutes. Finally got into my order history and I have 2 orders!

Not sure just looked on ebay not selling well i think people may struggle to sell them i have just gone back on apple site still able to order no problems think there may be a lot of upset ebay sellers this week
Finally, after multiple attempts an order for a 64GB white iPhone 4S + micro USB adapter has gone through...just hope that this is the only charge on my account otherwise I'll be broke 😀
