Hey so who has experience if a fresh order online as a new customer at t mobile? Although it still says preorder on their website I'm very skeptical as since ordering on Sunday afternoon and after logging in I get the message saying the order is being 'processed' by our sales team. Very vague and I'm left wondering if it's even close to bring successful and when I'll even get the thing. Any thoughts?

Pretty sure they will have them, but likely to sell out quickly...I did try the Cribs Causeway shop after the announcement, last Thursday ... But they did not have any and were unable to say when they would.

Mine have appeared and I ordered at 8:14am on 14th, received confirmation at 8:18am same day. Just wondered what others are experiencing with their order times/confirmations.
It was paid for on a credit card but not sure if funds have been taken/reserved as not my card (it's a company card).

Not since I last checked, although I noticed the 2pound debit (part of t mob credit check) came out fairly quickly. Usually I'd expect the order to be quicker but I guess this is an exception!
That Apple.com preorder thread has grown in size..
They are nearly all US peeps so it gets confusing as they have tracking etc. too whereas we UK peeps got screwed there.just wondered if others have similar with order preparing for shipment.

Assuming you have a shipment notification, Go to the 'SYNVIEW 360 Tracker' enter the 'Your Delivery Reference Number' from your email into the first box and the order number (Wxxxxxxxxxx) into the second. The system then let me see the tracking details. Good Luck
After re-reading my post I realised I said "are not stocking" I meant they're not stocking it currently, and that they didn't know when stock would come. Not "never stocking this item". Oops, my bad.
I'm currently waiting for the store to open at 09:00 to see if they have stock, or have more information. I'm anticipating it to sell out pretty fast. They have ample stock of the EarPods already.

Have you been charged for just the phone or the phone and first month of contract? Mine has now been taken out my bank, but only for the phone.
