Anyone ordered a case yet? And any advice on a decent one? May go for Case-Mate barely there. £20 on eBay.
Have received my nano sim from Vodafone. Ordered Sat evening. Hope this helps anyone on Voda
i have read a couple of articles about it being hard as nails so i might go naked![]()
Just received my nano sim in the post from Three after ordering on Friday evening.
Does anybody know if I can get a nano sim adaptor from a Three store if I go in today?
Got mine this morning too. Shame there is no adapter in the pack
I've ordered one from ebay so I can do the sim swap before Friday
You're pretty much the exact same as me except I managed to nab it a few days earlier when it was "2 weeks" lol.
From what I've been told, the contract starts the moment you order the SIM. I don't know for sure though...
General rule of thumb is to order the phones and nothing else as this (and in your case) can affect your shipping date.
Now I'm not saying this is 100% the reason why, but I'd say its highly likely, and I'm not sure what you can do at this stage.
Edit: That is assuming the lightning cables are part of the same order?

Tried to swap my wife's O2 SIM at around 8pm last night and the old SIM still hasn't deactivated.
I've got a feeling O2's service only runs during business hours, does anyone know?
Does anyone know if Carphone Warehouse will have 3 nano-sims with the little kits?
O2 refused point blank to supply a nanoSIM online, despite the fact they'll send you a microSIM free if you want that (http://freesim.o2.co.uk/).
O2 store on Old Broad Street gave me a free nanoSIM and pack of adapters just now though, so just a case of O2 having totally cr4p online customer service again.

After using the Ultraslim pouch from this line for 2 years, persuading my partner to get one, and having a best friend who has also used one for about a year and a half- I can give you a fairly informed opinion that these cases are very well made, and protect against scratches perfectly. Doesn't protect against large drops though, as it's just a leather pouch. There does appear to be cases in the line that do protect better, but increase bulk and price. I don't know how well this new pouch dock handles the new location of the 3.5mm audio jack though, so that might be a disappointment.
It's a good soft leather, and wears well over time. Very stylish, and fit very snugly keeping minimum bulk in your pocket, and allow you to use your phone naked.
The price of the ultra thin model, including delivery to the UK is around £22 once converted. (www.xe.com)
The downside is that they don't ship until late next month. I have 2 pre-ordered already.
Did I mention that they're stylish? ha XD
Hope this helps.
Started mine using simswap yesterday at about 5:30pm, still hasn't deactivated the original...
