I got my Nano SIM from O2 Bournemouth yesterday. They wanted to see my Apple order receipt before they would give me one which was fair enough.

I tried to do the SIM Swap online, and it wouldn't work, so I tried doing it via the SMS method and it worked straight away and the nano SIM worked instantly.

MY BODY IS READY!

Which one in Bournemouth? Why can't there be a damn superstore in Castlepoint? I was there earlier...

Lets start the cock!

Channelling Malcom Tucker there?!

On another note, am getting sick of this T-Mobile omnishambles - they clearly do have stock- there's no way they wouldn't have been sent any yet. A pre-order is a pre-order- I expect it on launch date or else there is no point! I wish I had an online tracker to stare at!

I was never committed to moving to EE and it turns out there'll be very little reason to now.

I am concerned now. I ordered with orange just as a stepping stone to EE.

Can anyone comment what is the new combined Orange/TMobile data network like? Fast/Slow?

how did you get ur serial number if ur order is still at "processing items"?

If you logon onto the support profile site with your Apple ID (or the account that you used to purchase the phone) it will list all the Apple products that you have purchased from Apple (or registered with Apple).

If you purchased the phone directly from Apple it should be listed.

The site is here http://supportprofile.apple.com

I'm with T-Mob and the network is great from my POV, work in The City, live in NW London and it's great, apart from this Nanoshambles.

It's all subjective though, people I know in 'The North' hate it.

Lol at everyone that was holding out for EE or switched to orange/tmobile.

Just go with 3 who have very high HSPDA+ speeds, which will be close to what EE will be offering for 4G.

I sent an email to Three to say I haven't received any email or confirmation since placing my order. They just rang me back and confirmed I'll have it on Friday. After a shaky start I am impressed with Three. I think I can just put the lack of communication down to it being a very busy few days for them

My email reply went in junk, so you might want to check your spam folder.

What are the chances of finding an iPhone 5 at a Carphone Warehouse on Friday?

I'm beginning to think Orange won't deliver on the Friday.

LOL at three also tho...

Shocking down in London.
Getting worse 'up north'

Mine is processing still too. 5 past 8 ordered through site. I'd say panic time is when it is Friday and it doesn't turn up :(

The last iPhone I had (iPhone 4) just showed up on the delivery day. I think it was still in processing item or preparing for shipment when i had it in my hands. I hadn't preordered though.

So calm down everyone. Mine is still processing too, ordered 5 past 9 (so 5 min after the Apple online store reopened) here in Germany.

edit: I know this is the UK thread, but I guess we are in the same boat...

I just called, Three said you will only get an email confirming dispatch the day before and a text message about a delivery window (30 min - 1 hour) on the date of delivery.

Looks like whatever the estimate your email has will be your delivery date.

Nope. From reading what they've been saying to people on Twitter, if you had an estimated date of Fri 21st when ordering you should be receiving an email with Delivery details on Thurs!

Thanks, Sounds good.

I just got this back on twitter as well...

@threeuk should I have received anything more than 'Order Confirmation' email re: my new iPhone 5 contract/preorder? Don't like silence! ha!

ThreeUK ‏@ThreeUK

@zoonyx No, not yet... you'll get an email tomorrow eve if you're due a Friday delivery :) ,Jo

I replied saying I didn't like the 'if' part!! Looking good though....

are you saying Three's coverage in London is shocking?

not what I've heard, I really hope it isn't as I've just signed up to a monthly contract with them; monthly so not the end of the world but I'd prefer to not have the faff of changing again.

anyone else got experience of their coverage in London and the SE?

My girlfriend is on Three and she insists on having perfect coverage across London, a large part of the reason why I'm switching to them!
