I walked into a 3 Store on friday and asked for a Sim Swap and they did it free of charge and gave 2 sim adapters aswell
1x nano to full sim and 1x nano to micro-sim
Well I called Customer Services and they're sending one out by first class and I got £10 free credit added to my account
I have to admit one of the guys there did ask me blankly why I am not on the one month rolling plan - the way he phrased it was quite rude - I also mentioned that in the call - that store hasn't been briefed properly at all, because they didn't even know that Three were releasing nano SIMs at all until the 21st, not even for contract customers :/ He tried to sell me a pre-order for iPhone 5, but I ended up supplementing him on what he was saying. Utterly embarrassing for him.
