Well I called Customer Services and they're sending one out by first class and I got £10 free credit added to my account :D

I have to admit one of the guys there did ask me blankly why I am not on the one month rolling plan - the way he phrased it was quite rude - I also mentioned that in the call - that store hasn't been briefed properly at all, because they didn't even know that Three were releasing nano SIMs at all until the 21st, not even for contract customers :/ He tried to sell me a pre-order for iPhone 5, but I ended up supplementing him on what he was saying. Utterly embarrassing for him.

That feeling when you know more than they do.

Not worth it, sell it for £610 and you just about cover your costs - pretty sure eBay's fees have gone up again. Absolutely ludicrous.

Same happened to me, eventually I spoke to someone yesterday who confirmed they order had been placed yesterday morning - they had a lot of missed ordered on Friday and were working through them. I am not expecting my phone on Friday.

Something very interesting and miraculous has just happened with orange, i have called as your post scared as i too didnt receive any conformation email or text!

But the lady i just spoke too has given me the UK mail tracking number :D It isnt working yet, but things are looking up! and she gave me her name and extension number :D

I was supposed to get a phone call with a consignment number today as i was given an order number yesterday, but not heard anything yet. Not had a chance to phone them today as im working but will try to phone them after work.

Result! I haven't even had a confirmation email from Orange and the only number given so far to me is a reference for the order tracking for when I call them (a TB reference number)

Ordered first thing Saturday morning (black 32GB) so holding onto a sliver of hope that it comes on Friday. I won't mind if it doesn't BUT I would like to roughly know when its coming so I can arrange someone to be there for the delivery!

In regards to that Orange have given zero information.

What number did you call up to get through to someone decent?!?

I called up today and she told me that all they know is I'll have it within 30 days :/

That brings a wee glimmer of hope to the sorry predicament! I hope yours comes. I know i'm going to sound obsessive here, hey we're on this site together though eh, but I have spoken to 9 people at orange in the last 6 days and no one can tell me what has happened. PAC request?

Just tried calling again and asking, still no tracking for me! Said nobody has them yet as they haven't started allocating iPhone 5's!

Everyone tells us something different lol.
 
I sent an email to Three to say I haven't received any email or confirmation since placing my order. They just rang me back and confirmed I'll have it on Friday. After a shaky start I am impressed with Three. I think I can just put the lack of communication down to it being a very busy few days for them

I will probably call them again in a sec, get through to the sales team and at least try get my order number from them so i can track on orange.co.uk/ordertracking. Though they say one thing and then completely change it on the next call, drives me mad!

Mine was a new line on an existing account. Haven't even seen the number put up on my existing account either. Basically had nothing come through from them, just them take the money and confirm over the phone that everything is OK and "upto 30 days" for delivery

Yep, same here. Yesterday the woman said thy weren't going to start shipping until 21st so people would start recieving on Mon 24th, but today I spoke to a guy who said that everyone's order still shows no stock and that although the party line is 30 days, this is jut to cover their arses. He reckoned that if you got in early enough, there was a good chance of getting it sooner but he wouldn't commit to Friday, instead saying that they've only been told that they'd start dispatching from the 21st - wasn't sure if that meant leaving orange or arriving at customers.

He then checked for tracking info but said that my order (upgrade on the phone at 08.20) was still showing as no stock.

Different answer every time I call!!
 
Anyone who bought from Apple had theirs shipped yet? Mine still says prepared for shipment. Has done since saturday.
