If you go to the tracking page via the email link it will have estimated delivery date as 21st :D

1. I send texts strangely i think. I reply about 5 times for every actual text. if someone asks "what are you up to?" I'd say "not much" SEND "just talking to a very handsome MacRumors member" SEND "you?" I use SEND instead of commas and full stops I think. also, I sleep about 2-4 hours per night and i have friends around the world so I text pretty much non-stop.

2. I'm with o2 and I've never been charged really but I've just realised that I use imessage for most people so its not actually texts. I sent 40,000 messages in one week, I know this because when i was jailbroken it had a little counter for my messages.
 
I bet they released the shipping info now so that the joy of it shipping counteracts the negativity over the how extremely bad apple maps are for the UK lol.

Mines SYNCREON PARCEL DELIVERY, wonder if it'll come early?

I have the same, its likely because your iPhone is locked to a certain network as mine is locked to Orange, so you will only get anything with them.

I got the iOS update as soon as it became available , took ages to prepare and download but now my 4s is fully dressed!

I can't wait to try it on the iphone 5 though, so I am leaving my 4s alone as I want to test it all out at once.
 
O2 have shipped my order.

Even though is says In Progress, if I click on it, it states the shopping number at the bottom! :)

Not bad considering I ordered Saturday evening just before they closed.

Yes but apple themselves have said it could arrive early. If it comes tommorow I'm happy. Not really expecting it, but my fingers are crossed all the same
 
This is what happens when you insert a nano-SIM into an iPhone 3GS. Before plugging it into iTunes, it simply said "No Service". In contrast, it works like a dream in the iPhone 4.

MBP Retina EFI update installed
at least 18 Appstore apps have been updated for iOS6 / iPhone 5 and are downloading, they're literally appearing each time I refresh, I've never seen this before.
 
UK Mail is delivering for O2.

Tracking number isn't live yet though. Guess they haven't picked it up.

On Apple's tracking page, my order says "Estimated Delivery Date (Subject to change) Sep 20, 2012"

Does it say 20th not 21st for everyone?

I bet it's wrong though, and it will arrive on Friday anyway.

Mines not locked i got it unlocked a few months back. Used a diff sim in it and it's worked.

Is the phone Unlocked? does it have the latest carrier settings? have you reset your network settings? have you done a hard reset of the phone (Hold Home+Power button)?

no! "Estimated Delivery Date (Subject to change) Sep 21, 2012" for me.

What courier is it using?
