iOS 6 updated on my 4S and iPad. Should tide me over till Friday. Loving iOS 6. Wow, everything seems so much more polished!!!
Well it looks like thursday is very possible after the email confirmation I just got...
"We are pleased to inform you that your order has shipped.
Please see the details of the shipment below.
Your Delivery Reference Number is
We expect your order to be delivered to your shipping address on or before 21/09/2012"
From Apple
Genuine questions:
1 - That means you send a text roughly every ten seconds (ish) for every hour that you're awake (presuming you only get about 7 hours sleep per night). Do you really send that many texts?
2 - Who's your current provider? Off the top of my head (and I'm happy to admit to being wrong if necessary) but the only provider to offer unlimited texts without a fair usage policy is giffgaff.
I'm genuinely interested in the answers - not just trolling (honest guvnor).

Let me know how that goes please.I was supposed to get a phone call with a consignment number today as i was given an order number yesterday, but not heard anything yet. Not had a chance to phone them today as im working but will try to phone them after work.
Dead funny.Loads, a couple of posters got there phones today
If you go to the tracking page via the email link it will have estimated delivery date as 21st![]()
mate that's nothing compared to what i had to go through, it was a 30min call and i think there were threats of genocide involved at one point.
It wouldn't surprise me if there are plenty of early deliveries to ease the load on the system
I was just thinking the same ... it would make good technical sense but not so good for PR/Marketing.It wouldn't surprise me if there are plenty of early deliveries to ease the load on the system
1. I send texts strangely i think. I reply about 5 times for every actual text. if someone asks "what are you up to?" I'd say "not much" SEND "just talking to a very handsome MacRumors member" SEND "you?" I use SEND instead of commas and full stops I think. also, I sleep about 2-4 hours per night and i have friends around the world so I text pretty much non-stop.
2. I'm with o2 and I've never been charged really but I've just realised that I use imessage for most people so its not actually texts. I sent 40,000 messages in one week, I know this because when i was jailbroken it had a little counter for my messages.
I have the same, its likely because your iPhone is locked to a certain network as mine is locked to Orange, so you will only get anything with them.
This is what happens when you insert a nano-SIM into an iPhone 3GS. Before plugging it into iTunes, it simply said "No Service". In contrast, it works like a dream in the iPhone 4.

On Apple's tracking page, my order says "Estimated Delivery Date (Subject to change) Sep 20, 2012"
Does it say 20th not 21st for everyone?
I bet it's wrong though, and it will arrive on Friday anyway.
