Although this is no special number I think by calling, playing dumb, and just asking to get an update on anorder they dont fob you off with the iphone 5 story. Gave them my order number she confirmed it had been sent to UK mail today and should be with me tomorrow. She couldnt give me a tracking number but UK mail will as soon as they have the parcel and will contact me with etails and a timeslot.

There is hope for T Mobile customers after all, I was getting jealous of the three customers :rolleyes:
 
Just spoke to a lovely lady on the phone with Orange.

She told me my order is currently in the warehouse and is scheduled to either be picked up tonight or early tomorrow morning. She can't guarantee delivery tomorrow but at least its something.

Also she said all Orange orders are being sent via UKmail and they will send out a text message to your registered phone number with tracking details when its in their system.
 
Orange are being inconsistent with the info they give outpeople being told it's out for delivery, others that it's in warehouse, I get told they have no stock yet
 
What did you have to say to get this? I ordered from Apple also and would like to get one for free seeing as that is what they told me to expect.


When I ordered the iPhone it listed the adepter will come free with it.

Then I noticed few reports about it being an error from Apple, I took that chance and call their costumer services "Last week Friday", they confirmed it was an error, but I told them this was not my fault because of the ordered originally listed the adepter will come with it anyway and that if I have known it was not included before I placed the ordered, I would have ordered one anyway... so they spoke to their manager and they decided to take responsiblity of their mistake and send me one, however what I had to do is send the person I spoke on the phone an E-Mail either the day before iPhone arrives or on the day itself, I sent mine today, also when I called, they had a note of this issue.

I am a happy with this result nonetheless, saved myself 25 Pounds! :cool::D:rolleyes:;):p

No problems, Yes I didn't get fobbed with all the 30 days malarkey but mine doesn't appear to have been sent yet :(

Also when did you order and what model did you get?
 
Just spoke to a guy called Steven at Oranges upgrade lot. He told me Handsets arrived with then today. Ukmail delivering, he said that the person he spoke to before me ordered same phone on 16th, he has reference number and it is delivering 21st. Nothing showing for mine yet, but i should have a text from UK mail by 9pm. he added they sold around 40,00. He seemed the most knowledgeable and useful person I've spoke to there yet.
 
Sameeee.... I had my finders crossed it was sent Royal Mail so I could go and get it ;) but it was sent UPS :( probs along with my Tracking Email ;)

Had the same prob, but the automated system passed me over to a customer service agent. Said confirmed what others have been saying; orders saying SYNCREON PARCEL DELIVERY will be delivered by UK Mail.

Hopefully all goes well.
 
The 5 doesn't really give much you don't get on the 4S now iOS 6 is out, so I fear there may be some disappointed people tomorrow evening when the initial excitement of unpacking the new toy has worn off and the prospect of paying for it sinks in! ;)
 
Thanks for the support. But I have a white 4S and it is really getting on my nerves. I definitely want a black 5. May consider selling it and ordering from Apple or something. I don't know what to do right now. Honestly took to twitter and gave them at least 3 tweet rant directly at Tmobile, they are determined for their customers to hate them.

Selling it on ebay is a good idea, you can get almost twice the amount it's going for!

I do agree on the white iphone, I really wanted black, but decided again to go with white. I have a white 4s but it's distracting at times (screen)

Trust me in this day and age not many companies care about their customers, I work for such a company. :(

The least Tmobile can do is send out a model they are planning to sell on launch day! they must have some black models in stock. They could also credit your account with some "Guilt Money"

Mine has always shown UPS (as far as I've noticed). Every product I've ever order from Apple has come via UPS. I used to place an enormous amount of orders through their HEI store and they were always delivered by UPS as well...
