I take it new customers will be provided with the new nano sim at point of sale mate?
Any tips on things to say to get it put through for free? I'm a T-Mobile business customer but I doubt that holds much sway in store?

I was "one of the first", I was on hold when they launched preorders, so I should imagine I was first 100 or so, I've had nothing.

But CS say they aren't, but they also attempted to claim their Twitter wasn't an official O2 account.

Got 'Shipment Despatched' with the carrier Syncreon Parcel Delivery yesterday
Checked UK Mail with the tracking number in the Reference Number box & got
'Awaiting Collection' in their details.
Awaiting collection by whom from where I thought! Maybe I can pick it up! Rang them & unfortunately it is awaiting collection by them & it's NOT in my delivery town.
As a PS, got a Lightning Connector today-it was headed Syncreon Technology Leicester, with a UK Mail 'stamp' & actually came by post, as in Royal Mail!
Anybody's guess who will deliver me phone tomorrow! Probably be a 'white van-man'.

Nothing on the UPS tracking for me yet however using the app 'Parcels' it is saying origin scan in Tamworth. However it also says scheduled delivery is for MONDAY!!
Better not be right or I will be hopping mad. I ordered mine at 8.18am on 14th although I am in Northern Ireland. However I was able to get my 3rd gen iPad on release day so what's the difference now??

I was getting that message but was obviously entering my reference number in the wrong place. Seemed to work on that link though.

It really depends on who you see in store. We have a discount code on the system to put them through for free, saves an argument for us.
If they dont put it through for free, call customer services and have a moan, 95% of the time they will credit you the money back onto your bill.

Apple told me earlier, uk mail won't update with anything useful until tomorrow, when it will go to out for delivery . Last time I had uk mail deliver an apple product, it arrived at 9pm.
Anyone who has used the O2 sim swap via SMS; how long did it take you from returning the code/nano sim number to your existing sim going dead?
Did mine about a couple of hours ago. The guidance suggests to allow up to 24 hours, which is fair enough given the current and forthcoming load, just interested to know if I should be waiting on tomorrow morning for this.
