I think people are fed up with the complaints about the delivery times when Apple have met their original estimates. Nowhere do they promise to deliver any quicker. Had they missed the delivery estimates, then complaints would have been warranted.

What happens when this thread ends? Does the Internet end with it?

About 3 hours until those golden tickets are sent out. Fingers crossed

I could say (if we are bandying fault around) that the time your order has taken was down to you not getting up early enough on the 14th to place your order and ensure delivery on the 21st.

Not necessarily true. I put my order on the 14 Sep and despite receiving confirmation that it would be delivered on the 21st, 2 days later a received another email communicating the 2-3 weeks delivery date. So yes, we can feel aggrieved about this....particularly because every man and his dog were able to simply walk into store to get theirs....what kind of pre-order system is this ?!?

Anyway, let's not change the focus of this thread....:)

Actually I made the decision ON the 14th to leave O2 and join Three on their sim only deal so had no choice but to wait the 2-3 weeks it said. Anyway it's shipped now so I'll look forward to it on Monday.

If you ordered first thing on the 14th and Apple pushed back your shipping date, then yes, I'd say you had a right to feel aggrieved.

Who's fault is that? Don't bother telling me when you're delivery is thinking it makes a difference in your argument. I have the right to feel aggrieved that other people have received it a week before me and we get it as late as possible without it actually being 'late'. It's annoyed a lot of people in this thread and you're little paragraph of crap doesn't change that so run along for another 2 weeks as you won't be seeing changes for a while.

Whine Whine Whine.

You lost me at "I have a right"

yawn.

Shipped!!!!! :D

Am I right in thinking syncreon iphones will be shipped via UKMail? If so which number do I put where to track it as it isn't working atm! :(

No worries, found it! my iPhone is in Hinckley Leicestershire!

chill out...why the attacking nature, isn't this thread allabt ppl in the same boat, sharing their ordering experiences, maybe having a laugh and helping each other out by providing updated information if they have it??

If you look at my previous posts what's what I do :)

There's just a couple of persistent whiners who annoy. No bother though, and I welcome your advice.

Anyway, now it's the reservers time to moan instead.

Today I used some remote servers at work to add a few extra reservations, but if I don't get anything at least I get my Saturday back.

Hope to get a reservation tonight.

+1

Me too.

Everything crossed !! again for the 8th time. :D

Just a general question, what are your guys opinions of three as a network? In the past I've not heard good things about them, but they seem to be offering very reasonable contract deals compared to other networks.

I've been with them a few years, in my opinion they have the best 3g network, very fast speeds, coverage where i am is good, so if you can get good coverage i would def recommend, plus as you say thier deals are by far the best.
Never had any probs with them either.
