It said when i ordered that a signature would be required upon delivery. I will be at work during the day. Do you think they would leave it with my neighbour who works from home if i put a note on my door?

Depends entirely on the guy making the delivery, but yes this has worked for me in the past. Worth a try if you're happy enough to have a note on your door all day 🙂

Hi Guys,

Has anyone pre ordered on T-mobile? i have and it says order processing by our sales team, not giving me a date yet? anyone got further than this?

Mine says the same, ordered at 08:10.

They have to do a credit check before accepting

Purchased a 32GB unlocked to use on Orange

Just cut my Orange sim down, it meant actually cutting through the gold contacts carefully, (but I know the "chip" is only central under the gold contacts, and the contacts did not get shorted) .

Still works in my full size sim phone with an adaptor, so I'm comfortable and a lot happier that I wont need to chase Orange for a new nano sim now 🙂

My local Three still haven't a clue.

To anyone who has already got a Three nano sim, does it come with any kind of adaptor so it can be used in existing phones in the interim?

What's up with O2 today? Seems they've only just got 'partial' tariffs up.

If anyone's interested, I'm keeping track of tariffs (direct tariffs, rather than via re-sellers) in a spreadsheet, to calculate total cost over 24 months, including the fee to buy the phone.

I've been selecting mainstream tariffs. Here's what I have so far:

16GB - Cheapest:
3 - £895 - 500 mins, 5000 texts, unlimited data.
3 - £895 - 2000 mins, 5000 texts, unlimited data.
Orange, Voda, TMob between £973 to £987, with varying mins/data.

Giffgaff over 24 months including phone purchase ranges from £841 (200/un/un) to £1,129 (1000/un/un)

32GB - Cheapest:

3 - £977 (500/5000/un)
3 - £1025 (2000/5000/un)
Voda - £1037 (un/un/1gb)
TMOB/Orange £1084, with 2000 mins or 1gb data options

Giffgaff equivalent = £911 to £1199 depending on tariff

64GB - Cheapest:
3 - £1069
3 - £1117
TMob/Orange £1133
Voda £1177

Giffgaff equivalent from £1011 to £1299.

Oh I would be interested!

I'm actually going to wait for EE to show their cards before I decide who to go with, but Three so far are winning but the thought of 4G does tempt me..

I preorderd an unlocked iphone 5 as a guest on Apple online store a couple of hours ago but I didn't receive any confirmation by email with order number.

Is it normal?
I got the notification of the credit card transaction from my bank anyway...

still getting nothing from o2 online help chat... no nano sims till 21st, no pre orders with them till 21st and no tarrif info till 21st..

o2 are a waste of space, im tempted to move

Be cautious with Three, my friend was on them and said the call centres are the worst in history for getting things done and are extremely unhelpful.

If you can deal with them in store then it might not matter. Also when i was toying with them i read alot about signal being awful when you are inside?

Worth finding someone from your area to get their experiences i guess.

well I've never had an issue with their service at all. I live in the middle of nowhere in west Wales and three is the only network that offers 3G here. but it's faster than my internet at home and it's unlimited and free tethering! so I'm very happy with them 🙂
