Ordered mine about 7:45am on Sept 20, a Silver 32GB 5S, and still it says processing. Any ideas as to when I can expect a dispatch/ delivery?

Just to add my 2 pennies worth ordered a 5S gold 64GB 12.05 and hasn't moved from processing like many other 64 Golds#

Rob

Think all the Gold 64GBs are still processing :( Managed to get my order in at 00:01 and confirmation email said it was ordered on the 19/0913, and still in the processing gang :D

They'll ship one day, and you never know, status change could happen on Monday

Starting to get real tired of waiting as the Carphone Warehouse have stock of the same sims free model I've ordered on the site.

Mine is also a week 39 build (i.e. this week).

Apple.com is now reflecting the UPS tracking and showing Wednesday delivery.

What time did you order yours? If you're lucky you might get it around Monday or Tuesday :)

I ordered via the app at 00:00. My email confirmation showed 00:01, so I must have been one of the first (few thousand?)

I suspect they might sit in China now until Sunday evening - I have seen that happen before. I'm getting mine delivered to work and I'm out of the office on Tuesday so Wednesday suits me better. UPS usually deliver to work by 9:30am:)

Yes, but they are locked to the first network's SIM you put in it. They were pretty unclear as to how you would unlock it.... There will be a cost to unlock it from the network, so you need to factor in the extra cost and hassle.

I like to be able to keep it unlocked as I plan to move networks in a couple of weeks and be able to put local SIMs in when travelling.... So I walked out without the phone. :(

I'm with Vodafone and probably won't swap networks. I'm kinda annoyed though how apple seem to favouring the carriers. I mean I've looked on other forums and people have ordered phones from Vodafone, O2 etc. mid week last week and they've received them yesterday! :-/ come on Apple sort yourselves out!

They might refund your case but IIRC product red stuff is online only.

That's not true.

The Product(RED) stuff is just exclusive to Apple and can only be bought in an Apple store or Apple Online store, you can't buy it from other retailers.

I personally bought somebody a Product(RED) iPad case from the Covent Garden store.

I've had experiences of both of these instances:
- I bought a Product(RED) iPad cover in the store in the Trafford Centre
- When I went to try and buy a bumper for my 4S I was told that it was only available online...

Ah, sorry - didn't want to misinform.

Perhaps they just didn't have any stock?

I should add that the Regent Street were also selling the Red iPod Nanos from the previous generation when I bought one.

Possibly... the other worrying thing was that nobody in the shop seemed to know a Product(RED) bumper even existed!

I bought a product red case for my ipad4 from HMV so it's not exclusive to apple . Saw it in comet too

Just a heads up for those on O2:

I ordered an upgrade from O2 (iPhone 5s Gold 64GB) on the 20th Sept. I was told it was 3-6 weeks delivery. I've had confirmation of delivery for the 30th Sept.

Can we pre-sign for our orders? Mine has shipped but I can't seem to see that option anywhere.

I believe that's more of a US thing isn't it? As that's not offered in the UK.

When I had an iPhone delivered by UPS previously, they were quite adamant about the fact that that the phone had to be signed for by the person purchasing it. Deliveries would usually be left with the caretaker at my flat in a secured room, but they aren't allowed to do that with these Apple orders, so luckily I was home.
