I may be wrong but I'm fairly sure 'world ease' is designed so entire pallets or whatever get through customs as one product, correct me if I'm wrong tho!

I reckon maybe the individual pallets go through import separately, whereas the entire cargo has one scan at on departure and arrival. That would explain why all of them got scanned at the same time earlier and now they are different on import scan.
Unfortunately mine is still stuck in Preparing For Dispatch, so it might be in China for some time as the bank holidays are beginning. Anyway it is quite interesting to see how strongly we feel about the iPhone in the UK, this is one of the busiest threads on this forum. It also has turned some of us into UPS plane stalkers, I wouldn't be surprised if UPS grounds all of their planes due to security risks ;-)
Yes! What phone you ordered and when did it start preparing? I ordered 16gb black and it started preparing on saturday and still is. I think all this is what makes ordering iPhone so early in release so much fun! A plane landed at east midlands about 30min ago i was hoping it was our but nope! haha
Have you tried tracking by reference on the UPS site? Some people who are in preparing stage found that in fact their phones had shipped, however this hasn't worked for meI'm one of the 32GB Gold waiting! (Confirmation email at 00.02)

They are using a new scam now, selling iphones on collection, then ending the listing after sold as item no longer available.
So they don't have to pay ebay fees and can get cash on collection.

Hard to say.
I went to an apple store half an hour before they opened, and they happened to have some instock, however sold out by the time it was my turn.
Earlier the better really.
The only thing is that it's annoying to go really early and they don't have any in stock.
