Looks like another day passes for me without a dispatch. 11 days now!!
Have you checked with your bank/credit card provider that they haven't put a stop on it?
Can someone put my mind at rest because I'm freaking out:
I ordered on the 20th, it's in Germany la de da, scheduled for Friday... but my bank balance is scaring me, because initially the available balance went down, but it never appeared on the statement.
Since then, I've not been keeping complete track of my bank account and my available balance seems to add up to my total balance BUT there is no sign of Apple on my statement.
Am I yet to be charged? I thought I already had been.

same here, the money is still in my account, even though the phone has been dispatched..also a lil freaking out as i just got a new debitcard send to me (old one, that i made apple payment on, is due to expire in a couple months) eeek

You better tell your bank before apple starts to process the charge.
Last year bank blocked of my iphone 5 preorder purchase due to fraud and delay my purchase extra two weeks.
