What is UPS shipping route to the UK may I ask?

Hong Kong
Anchorage
Dubai
Louisville etc.

These are the only locations I know of!
 
I'm hovering over the cancel button now due to this blue screen of death issue.
Is this a real problem for most people and could it be a hardware design problem? Or am I being paranoid?

It's because now that the 5s has 64-bit architecture, this means that App developers are catching up for their apps to be compatible. Note: Blue screen of death only occurs when launching/using functions within the iWork application such as Numbers and the ESPN score centre application, so far.

Don't worry, this problem will resolved, iOS 7 has only just came out and developers needs a bit of time for their apps to work perfectly on all devices.
 
iPhone 5s 16GB Gold ordered on 21/9 now preparing for dispatch! Money has been taken out of account too. Dispatch dates (24-28th October) and Delivery date (4th November) still the same though.

Same as mine.. 5s 64GB Gold ordered on 21st..
 
I hope it'll be on the next plane from HK, because both the next one and the one after go to Anchorage. There's one at 3.25 to Dubai, I think the Dubai route is quicker, but we'll see

Is there a chance for my phone to be on then flights? My order status is still preparing for dispatch and I have checked UPS track by reference and a shipping label hasn't been created yet....

do you have an estimated dispatch date? what phone colour/size do you have?

I doubt it'll be on these flights because yours still hasn't left shenzhen :/

I really wouldn't worry about it. It's easy to read stuff people post on the Internet and get things blown out of all proportion. Let's say for example you make 10 million phones and 1% have a problem, that's 100,000 people affected, and many of those people will post on a forum like this about it. You could read lots of posts and think it's a major problem happening to most people. What it actually means in my fictional example, is that the chance you personally will have the issue is 1 in 100. And no, the blue screen hasn't happened to me yet. All I've noticed is a couple of apps crashed, one time each. I'm sure there will be a software fix for this issue, and it won't be long coming.
 
Just found a dead pixel on mine; it's black on every colour. I'll have to get it replaced.

My iphone arrive damaged on Monday, Tuesday I made arrangements for replacement. It's Saturday now and my iPhone is still "processing'. Honestly I will never buy an iPhone which doesn't have pre-orders again, they really dropped the ball on this.

I really hope that's not the case. I was told by the apple rep to send back everything. Box, charger, cables , phone which I've done. If I just get a phone in a white box there will be hell to pay.

@londongooner UPS picked mine up in Thursday. Was told the replacement would be dispatched whenever they received the old one back. So as they have yet to receive it (looks like it'll be Monday) I don't expect it to start shipping till next week. Currently it's got a dispatch estimate of 18 - 22 Oct. what happened with scottish phone?

u need to call web order people if u bought online. or go to point of purchase if u bought in store. apple care can only send service units.

My replacement which shipped on Wednesday is now in Germany with expected delivery Monday. Once I get it I will contact TNT to arrange return of the defective original.

FlexPen- I was told the same information on Monday but called them back the next day to clarify whether I could keep the original for now. Was told yes and then later that day it went to preparing for dispatch. I don't know whether the replacement was originally set up this way by the American lady I spoke to or whether something was changed on Tuesday. Does your replacement appear on the order status page?

Gooner- did you return the defective phone yet? Or are you waiting to get replacement. My replacement was processed day before yours but thought you'd have moved from processing by now.

Arobertson- as gCloud says you should call after sales to arrange the replacement. Be clear that you want to receive a retail unit as replacement and that, if possible, you would like to keep hold of the defective phone until you receive the new one.
 
Yesss, a shipping label has been created on the UPS site, time to do some tracking!

Type your order number starting with W in the UPS track by reference, do it ever 2-3 minutes.

just tried both coz my original change when apple sent me a new one on my mail, and nothing it says no shipment..! Im sure mine should be with your one.

What details did u put in the UPS reference bit like the dates etc..

I just put in my order number, destination country and that's it, pressed "track" button continuously for 5 minutes and the shipping label was created.

In the apple order status does your says "Preparing for Dispatch" Or "Processing"(Cos mine says processing still)
