Hmm.. I think it's because apple are shipping out Gold quicker than other colours.

Hopefully! Had to use the new order number I got when apple emailed me yesterday confirming my dispatch dates to get the shipping label. The old order number that I got when ordering didn't work.

Do you know what route UPS will take? What flight etc.
Do our phones get sent to the UPS facillity in China, China to Shenzhen, Anchorage Inchon and so forth.

yeh looks like it as they are the most in demand.. Has anyone found out if we will be getting free cases as of this loooooong wait for the iPhone 5s???

I never received that email… my dispatch dates are still October, even though I ordered on the 23rd.

I’m not sure but hopefully someone will be able to tell us? I expect they will be put on the next plane, so we should have them very soon! :D

The chance of him/her or anyone else here knowing is about zero.

The most likely route is: Shenzhen > Hong Kong > Dubai > Cologne, Germany > East Midlands/Stansted Airport > Local service centre > Delivery destination (residence or business)

My new order number didn't work, so i tried with my old order number and it works! YEY! :)

my new one worked but it is destined for Hemel hamsted, it looks like it belongs to someone else.

Gads, another 16G Space Grey guy with dates. Mines is *still* on Preparing for Dispatch with no dates or info whatsoever.

This must be an error of sorts, surely. Surely... :rolleyes:

I wouldn't worry, the email wasn't very informative. It was just a confirmation of the estimated dispatch and delivery dates. Yeah mine too, it still says dispatch 24th-28th October even though it's preparing for transit and says it's in transit at the moment on the UPS site. Haven't recieved an email from apple telling me it's dispatched yet though.

I wonder where my phone is now and whether (by some miracle) it might get delivered on Monday? Scheduled for end of Wednesday but forever hopeful it could be Monday. I am so excited, I just can't wait.

I think the new order number that apple send to us thru our email actually belong to those who'd ordered their iphone in october? Maybe? Cos too many orders so apple gone cuckoo and mix/switch our order? Haha just assumed it.

My status is still showing as Preparing for Dispatch, but now we know it’s definitely in transit I am happy :D
