UK iPhone 5s and 5c Thread

At the moment our phones are in Shenzhen.. Anybody know when they will move out to Hong Kong > Dubai > Cologne > East Midlands?
 
Ordered my UK 16GB Space grey 24th Sept. Just been despatched on 12th Oct. Estimated delivery 21st Oct.
Origin Scan 21:53 12th Oct Shenzhen China.
 
At the moment my phone is stuck in Hong Kong and I have no idea when it will move or what route it will take. I am in Dorset so if anyone could enlighten me, I would be grateful.

Oct. 16th + 5 business days (Standard shipping) = 21st Oct.

FlexPen- I was told the same information on Monday but called them back the next day to clarify whether I could keep the original for now. Was told yes and then later that day it went to preparing for dispatch. I don't know whether the replacement was originally set up this way by the American lady I spoke to or whether something was changed on Tuesday. Does your replacement appear on the order status page?

Gooner- did you return the defective phone yet? Or are you waiting to get replacement. My replacement was processed day before yours but thought you'd have moved from processing by now.

Arobertson- as gCloud says you should call after sales to arrange the replacement. Be clear that you want to receive a retail unit as replacement and that, if possible, you would like to keep hold of the defective phone until you receive the new one.

Hi,

I just ended up going to the Apple Store and buying a new one. I'll just return the faulty one and get the money back

Unfortunately I had to get the 64GB rather than the 32GB and in Space Grey as no 32s in stock but oh well, I don't mind too much.

Couldn't find a number for store support, kept getting re-directed to AppleCare. What is the number may I ask?

Probably. Pretty sure the first UK batch shipped at the same time a couple of weeks back and most of them arrived Tuesday/Wednesday. There were a couple of guys in NI that received theirs on Monday though.

Edit: The phones in the first batch left Hong Kong on the Sunday.

I think there's still a good chance It'll come before Wednesday. :)

It started tracking so well and now its just stopped.

If the next stage is Dubai when will the phone move again? I thought London might get mentioned in my route.

Fair enough. I'm just basing that on previous deliveries.

If our phones departed Shenzhen at 11:55pm then they should arrive in Hong Kong at 12:27am am I correct?

Flight time between Shenzhen and HK is 32 minutes.
I cannot find a UPS flight out of Shen to HK also.
