Hm, I'm slightly annoyed how EE are stating on their website that they have stock of all colours and models of the iPhone 5S.

Update: reporting to the ASA - if you also want to report, go here (http://www.asa.org.uk/Consumers/How-to-complain.aspx), just screenshot the EE page showing in stock, upload it, etc. The ASA have been on EE's case a lot in the past; so hopefully we get somewhere (I've already shared with a few friends who have ordered on launch day, and not received; so the ball is rolling, it's up to you guys).

ordered my 16g silver from three last Friday and collected it today!
Very happy, touch id works well and the camera is awesome!

I'm selling mine to a friend for £250, I think £285 is a good offer

Well I sold my iPhone 5 for £303

But that was 32GB so yes that's a very good offer.

Three don't look much better:

Cheapest deal for 64GB iPhone 5S:
£47 for 24 months = £1128
£99 for the phone
TOTAL £1227 (i.e. even more than EE!)

Says "In Stock" but then delivers 8th October i.e. in the AppleStore 7-10 day timeframe.
I ordered on Sunday with Three and was told delivery on 8th but I received a text today that it will be delivered tomorrow!

My Silver 5S from 3, which I ordered early friday morning, has been dispatched and will arrive tomorrow. Estimated delivery date went from 18th of october, to the 8th, and now tomorrow.

Good stuff 3!

This is interesting, either they have a very poor stock management system and have no idea what they have or haven't got between there warehouses and there stores or they are still getting delivers when even the Apple stores aren't.

Enjoy your phone, I'm only a little jealous .......honest

O2 seem to be in a right shambles...

Reading the threads on the O2 community there are people who ordered last week still waiting but i ordered mine at 10pm on monday night and its due for delivery in the next 2 hours...

I'll be cancelling my Apple online order when it does arrive since going with O2 refresh overall has cost me £20 less than buying it from Apple

Anyone else on EE can help me confirm this, does it now say 4G instead of LTE?

Help! My iPhone 5s gold 16gb order is still processing but when I checked the order status this morning, it went from "Dispatched: October" to "Available to ship: October", what does this mean? Does it mean it will ship in early October (7th-10th)?

Morning all

Eldon Square (apple store) Newcastle have stock this morning, think they still have everything but 16GB gold, maybe other stores have had a delivery as well...

It would be nice to think that after all this time, Apple finally realised the wording of their status was confusing and poor English, since "Dispatched: [some date]" is in the past tense, when it's a predicted future event...

However mine still says "Dispatched: 7-10 business days", so no idea what the significance of your change means.

No, it means that your phone will ship some time in Oct. Most likely after the 7.-10th of Oct., because you've ordered later than those who've got a shipping estimate of 7-10 days.

Leeds trinity store has 4people queuing for a small batch of iPhones, really wanted to join queue but had to go to work :-(
