Me too, but I'm on a later train into London today so probably can't be there until 9.30!
If you go, would be great if you could let us know!
Manchester Arndale now has some stock. Got my ticket and standing outside waiting for the store to open at 9.
Is anyone buying anything else when they go to the apple store or do they just get the phone and leave?
I feel like Tim Cook's policy really is the worst one when they have UK stock and don't do online orders.![]()
They have a new retail chief who has seriously missed the mark and put profits before the famous apple core values.
Its gonna take me like 15 min to get down there.
Every scalper in Glasgow must have read your post because this queue's 10x bigger than it has been the last few days, and it's full of people who you might say are not your usual Apple fanboys.
The same security staff that were here on launch day are standing outside so I'm guessing they've got stock.
Good luck! I think I'm going to give it a go. If the scalper contingent is too big, I'll just cycle past and on to work near Tower Bridge!
Actually the line is more like 60+ now I'm round the corner. Never done this before.
Ok CV have loads of grey stock. 30 silver left and no gold.

You on the blue brompton? If so I'm like 6 behind you.

Leeds trinity store has 4people queuing for a small batch of iPhones, really wanted to join queue but had to go to work :-(
So I guess I'll have to patiently wait for the online order. It is a bit annoying that they server everyone in the world before the UK (and I guess some other countries) online store...
