I kind of hope they are shipping from China, I enjoyed tracking my 5S last year and my MacBook Pro in Jan.
US pre-orders have started shipping from China and the tracking has started already.
It seems as if Giffgaff are keeping a limited version of unlimited at a higher price point until early next year (for now).
You can have unlimited for £20 a month, as long as you don't use more than they deem acceptable, both on a daily and monthly basis. If you do, you will be banned from buying any future "unlimited" goody bags. They are also introducing a speed cap for those they deem to be using more than they deem fair of 0.3 Mbps...
Some users have been banned from unlimited bags for around 10-13GB in a month.

Apple have also debited my account. The money is no longer in hold, it's actually gone!
However, my order status still say preparing for dispatch. But I'm positive it's shipped since the money is gone,

Its not gone, its in between transaction, they don't take the actual money until shipping day.
Miney has been gone since Friday it stated but really Apple doesn't have it yet.
I ordered a 6 plus 64gb within 10 minutes of the the 3 site going live for upgrades. Date was confirmed by email as 19th. I've already posted this but I called 3 on Saturday morning and they told me that my order was delayed until 3rd October. My3, however, still shows a date of 19th. I asked on twitter today and 3 advised that if it says 19th then that should be correct. So, to summarise, I really don't know if the phone will arrive on Friday or not :-(
Ya ya, same here... I can't spend it either, but it doesn't reached Apple until dispatch day.
