UK iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Thread

People are annoyed because you've taken 6 phones away from people. If you didn't take them then 6 people could own a phone at the regular price. As much as you like to think of yourself as a business man the particular act you are practicing is known as scalping.
Like someone who breaks into a house and steals things to sell is a business man sure, but also a thief.

i think you have to accept that the re-sale of iphones on launch day is something that isn't going to go away.
don't blame me for the profit making, blame the impatient idiots who willingly pay over the odds! i will very happily profit from their stupidity, and would reccomend overs do so as well. its free cash, why not embrace it??
Because there is a moral issue. Like I said, breaking into a house is also free cash. Why dont you do that? Probably get some diamond earrings out of it.

I've ordered a £5 windscreen mount, has a horrible bendy arm but I'm only really worried about the holder part and I'm hoping it's the same universal attachment behind (no photo without the 'phone' in the holder) and I can use my existing arm.
I use my phone as sat nav regularly and dislike the look of universal mounts.

A guy higher up posted pics on his iCloud of his official Apple case.
I've got the red leather 6 plus coming (my 5 and Air both have red leather cases too!). It doesn't feel real yet, not until I stick my 5 in the 6 Plus case

God I am starting to get pissed that my case haven't arrived yet, and I ordered the damn thing last Thursday, lets hope i'll get it today later... even though a post man has done 1 of his rounds -_-.
Let us know how you get on, if they can offer a better deal (price and higher than 4Gb data) over the phone than on the web for new customers then I'll be tempted to leave Three as I really want the wifi calling and do miss the visual voicemail.
I know Three have their own app for calling over wifi and there are third party solutions for voicemail but it's not as seamless and fluid as the real Apple solution.
Anyone who has ordered with Three, they've just updated their delivery dates (I'm guessing they now know their stock allowance). If you order an iPhone 6 64GB now black/gold, it'll be delivered on 26th September, so I'd take the 3rd October delivery date that some of you have with a pinch of salt.

Mine isn't due to arrive till thursday and I'm not even home thursday so best bet is friday for me but since i'm waiting 3 weeks for my phone its not a big issue for me.
I doubt they know exactly how many they are getting and cannot confirm allocation.

I like red but it discolours quite easily for me so blue was the next best looking one IMO.

Wishful thinking i know....just so frustraing when i ordered the 6 + at 8.30am and they were already sold out for launch day delivery......wasn't my fault i couldn't connect cos the store was down on everything i tried!!

Can I just share my tale of woe and Apple redemption...
So I was watching the live keynote, or trying to, and got a little flustered trying to get it to work thinking the problems were on my end. I spilt some water on the floor, no biggie, just clean it up right? Nope. During the process of mopping I spilt the water again, this time in the other direction, straight onto my one month old rMBP... poof...
Thankfully Apple repaired it for free, not a word about me paying, barely even mentioning the water damage.

19th is highly optimistic... 26th possibly... I will get my phone on the 17th of October regardless of when it is delivered... So I am not concerned...

Sheesh people it is just a phone... If there is a market for overpriced iPhones there will be sellers too... That's how the economy works...

My Spigen Neo Hybrid arrived yesterday for iPhone 6 Plus. The iPhone 6 Plus is bigger than I expected it to be but my hands can still reach around the entire phone. My thumb slips nicely onto the power button on the right hand side so I think it will be ok. (See pics below)
The plus is the superior model out of the two with better PPI, battery and more features. I'm coming from a 5s so I'd rather go for the Plus for the reason that it will be a lot more different compared to the 4.7" model.

I loved the red case on my ip5 but your right. It got dirty really quickly and now its just nasty looking.

Haha yup, I think you have to stick with it, eventually it develops a nice vintage effect.
