How is everyone's iOS 8 downloads?
Mine started at 1 hour, but 75 minutes later it now says about 2.
installing now - was preparing for update for nearly an hour.
My iPhone 4s was delivered by TNT, my 5 UPS, my 6 Syncreon.
Apple better start using another courier by the time I order another iPhone

I've pretty much assumed it should be. They wouldn't put up pre orders if they weren't getting any on release day, would they?
Lack of communication and scatter shot approach to the way delivery notifications are being sent is disconcerting. EE seem to have led those early callers up the garden path a bit, I've called twice, and each time been told it would be the 19th considering when my order went through. My confirmation email says the same thing.
But, like the other posters brother, if someone can order on Sunday and get a confirmation of delivery on the 19th, what happened to everyone who ordered Friday and Saturday?...
Hoping that DPD stand by their earlier Tweet today and send out text notifications tomorrow for those people who are set to get their iPhones delivered.

I prefer DPD .. they generally stick to their arrival time. read.
My original delivery address always used UPS for Apple orders, no matter what, I had to call them up midway through preparing for shipment to change it to my term address and now I have UKMail/Syncreon.
Hopefully a good sign that the shipping label has been changed earlier. They said I may have to wait until Monday for the label to change.

I normally only see 'Syncreon' when its shipping from China which then gets handed off to UPS who give the separate tracking number.

Some people have already had dispatch emails for the 64GB plus with CPW though and its already with the courier. Maybe its just a specific colour.
