Anyone waiting on delivery via ups in Shropshire? Telford to be precise

For those of you whose phones have been delivered - you lucky dogs!
For those of you whose orders are confirmed for today - again, lucky dogs!
For those like me, who ordered through EE and still haven't even received a text -
Called the 0800 956 6000 number, spoke to a lovely woman... who told me that I had an "open order" because basically they're out of stock :| but I should apparently get my phone within 14 days. She'll text me with my consignment number if it changes today though.
Anyone else have a situation like this?
When did you order?
Ordered a 126GB iPhone 6 with Carphone Warehouse over the phone on evening of preorder day.
Have not received any kind of confirmation from them by text. Was told I'd get a text confirming order, then was told I'd get one last night confirming delivery today and another this morning telling me my DPD delivery slot.
Not got a single one....
So was expecting the worst when I rang them again this morning.
Pleasantly surprised to be given my tracking number and told I had a 2-3pm delivery slot!

Ordered an iPhone 6 64GB at 09:04 on launch day. Apple said '7-10 working days' until dispatch at the time I ordered. Had the funds debited from my account and my order status said 'preparing for dispatch' since Wednesday. On Thursday it became trackable on UPS (despite still showing as 'preparing for dispatch' on Apple).
Today my Apple order status is 'Dispatched'. I've got my serial number showing on https://supportprofile.apple.com/. And my Apple order status has '22 September 2014' as the delivery date.
It's a week 37 device, so assembled last week.
Those of you getting your phones today - enjoy! Those of us with phones en-route from China have a little more tracking ahead of us.
mine was the same but coming from a different part of China. The odd thing is that the status has updated now but there is no longer a scheduled delivery time showing. the status just shows "Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery. / The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city."
hopefully this switches back to showing the 22nd once it arrives in the UK.

How are you guys who have UK Mail delivery getting time slots for delivery. My tracking on their site just tells me it's out for delivery.
Still waiting for it as well, UKMail support has no idea when I may get predictions for my region...

I will do. I sent them my consignment number and address, but I'm still waiting for them to get back to me.
If they don't reply by 12 I think I will give them a ring. Does anyone know if they deliver on Saturdays?

When is it likely to change to 'dispatched' and when am I likely to receive it? I am in Essex in the UK.

Off-topic, but anyway: where can I get a screen protector for the phone? Do the usual suspects (phone provider stores etc.) carry them?
Also, do they work on the 6es? I used to have a Lumia 920 and that one had rounded glass as well, never found a screen protector that actually stuck to the edges.
