UK iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Thread

The doorbell rings, my heart skips a beat and I rush to open the door - to find it's the normal Royal Mail postie with a different package. I tried to hide my disappointment but didn't do a very good job

My 6 just arrived! In London here - I only had the Syncreon tracking number available, which said it was still in Hinckley (near Birmingham) so I was getting worried - but a UK Mail van just dropped it off yey!

so whats the preference for a new phone

1) restore from backup
2) start a fresh


I tend to go with the 2nd option usually

Update on the firmware situation, iPhone7,1 has the higher build number (12A366), but that seems to be the 6+. My 6 reports itself as iPhone7,2.
So I no longer care why I have 12A365, because that's the right firmware

Nothing yet - still 'at delivery location', according to UKMail via Twitter it should still be delivered today. I wonder if their drivers are doing multiple runs today?

Type your tracking number into the second text box (Customer reference number) add your postcode and you should get better tracking. Leave the top box blank
