Had a text from carphone warehouse this morning saying my delivery had been delayed due to a problem in them receiving the stock from apple.
But not all bad as they have gaurenteed delivery for tomorrow and have put £10 credit on my account.
I'd have taken a 24 hour delay when I preordered late on the 12th.

Apparently it's been delivered to my forwarding service which lets me get stuff online from UK delivered to Ireland. It should be arriving in Dublin today or tomorrow the latest.

Update on the firmware situation, iPhone7,1 has the higher build number (12A366), but that seems to be the 6+. My 6 reports itself as iPhone7,2.
So I no longer care why I have 12A365, because that's the right firmware
From reading elsewhere apparently the higher storage iPhone 6 Plus' are coming with the iWork and some other Apple Apps preinstalled (they can be removed) therefore they needed a different firmware number to account for the different suite of apps installed.

My colleague ordered a 6 SG and his did the same routing... so the next clue looks like Almaty in Kazakhstan. His originated in Shanghai before going to Korea.

Just back from Apple Store Regent Street (had reservation) and it is outrageous the number of scalpers in the queue. Sorry but nearly every single one was Asian (undeniable). All paying in cash. Apple should ban cash and gift card (how they get around the no cash in some stores) sales for the first weekend at least so genuine people can get them.

what was your estimated delivery slot?
I didn't have one - all the Syncreon Tracking information told me was estimated delivery today. I didn't have a '309' tacking number so couldn't check on the UK Mail website.
Same here. Out for delivery since 08:41, time window was between 09:52 and 10:52 and noting is here yet. Sigh, UKmail...

Just use your Apple tracking number in the second box on UKMail and your postcode. I just did that and can see where it is with UKMail thanks to help from NATO
