Finally got through to Carphone, apparently mine is instore waiting for me.

I didn't know that UKMail gave out 1 hour time slots (like DPD?), is that for everyone?
If so, it would be good to know what time SWMBO's i6 is turning up, so I can let my neighbour know when he can can for a toilet break!
[Edit] - Scrub that, just logged in to UKMAIL and noticed it there on the left hand side!

Customer Ref number is your Tracking Number from your Apple Store Order Status page (click on Track Delivery to expand)
Add postcode and search.
If you have a time-slot it'll be in the blue box at the left of the UKMail page.
I arrived at the Cardiff apple store at 10.15, my 6 Plus was reserved for between 11-12, was told I could join the small reservation line - i was out of the store with my phone at about 10.40! Landed! The queue for walk ins was quite big
Phone has arrived after a week of madness with EE!
Now just need to concentrate for the next few hours before heading home to get the box open!

Awesome, thanks. Mine is due between 14:26 and 15:26. Not that it matters, I'm at work and my flatmate is in to receive it.
just checked that my ukmail tracking says "delivery attempted" even though i asked them to keep it with reception (signature would be provided) with a number.

I've no idea, but I've emailed them asking for more information. It just says 'delayed' on the tracking page.
First time I've had a problem with an Apple delivery - but still very disappointing to now have a 3 day wait.

Seems like lots of people using ukmail had their phone delivered..

I called and the automated voice said they wouldn't provide updates on deliveries for the iPhone 6. Might try a little later. It's really annoying as there's an hour where no one will be home today

Not usually a fan of unboxing videos but I quite enjoyed that lol, I am excited about a new look iPhone after 2 years
