Arrived UK Mail Southampton

My iP6+ ordered from Apple web site on 12th, arrived at midday via UK mail, I did not get a time allocation, thankfully I spotted the delivery guy as I was about to drive out. Time for a play, cheers thread for a fun week.

My iPhone 6 (128GB Space Grey) just arrived and from first impressions, its absolutely gorgeous.

The screen is crisp, then phone is so thing and the screen seems to have a glossy finish that looks beautiful!

Hope everyone who gets theirs today is just as happy

Oh maaan, thanks to the those posting pics above, great stuff. It's only heightening my anticipation, less than two hours now for me hopefully!

Of course, I'll barely be able to use it for aaaages as I fill up the 128gb. I might just do a restore and add all my video files later after I've used it for a bit.

After calling and complaining about the UKMail guy not knocking they said he wouldn't be able to return until the evening as he was miles away... 20 minutes after this call he turns up and makes excuses like he did ring the bell, etc. which is not true, however I finally have my device now and I'm really happy with it so far! Just gotta sort out an iTunes bug for my music and get them back onto my new phone

Quick fix....

To anyone still waiting, here's a quick fix.

Take an IPad Air and trim 1cm off the side and then cut one third off the length and Voila! an Iphone 6 plus!!

Hard to tell really on the regular size - as it's already just bigger. What you do notice on things like Instagram is that just like moving to retina in the first place, people's ****** photos look even ********.

Back at work now, after my successful pick up. Waited longer in the EE store for another Nano SIM than I waited for the phone. I was the only person in the reservations queue. Just restoring from back up now. Really happy.

Glad I didn't go for the 6 plus, it's bloody massive.

I had an iPhone 5s but I sold this two weeks ago! Was using an iPhone 4 for a while after but that's now packed away and ready to be passed on as well. I'm really happy with the iPhone 6, and the screen is really nice. I thought the screen on the iPhone 5 was much better than the 4/4s for colours, etc. and this seems like a similar upgrade again from the 5/5s retina display

Notice two dust under the screen
Phone up to Apple waited over 35 Minutes over the phone
Replacement coming next week.

Don't mind waiting again my screen protector and case not even arrived yet.
