All I can say is if your phone isn't expected until around the 15th - 17th Oct, it will arrive at the beginning of October. My original delivery date was between 1st Oct - 6th but it's changed to 22nd Sept!

Hello everyone!

Those of you waiting for your 6's/6+'s, you're going to love it! Received my 6+ on Friday and was like a little girl in a sweet shop. I have long slim fingers and 5ft 4in in height but I have managed to use it one-handed and it feels great. Hope you all enjoy your phones once they arrive. :)
 
Apple's order tracking is back up again. Info has remained unchanged regarding delivery date. There are now options to "Print Invoice" and "Return Items".

I was able to see it from when it said "preparing for dispatch" but then I didn't even try it when it said processing....try putting apples order number in the tracking site but make sure to change it to track by reference, not by number!!
 
Wheres the link to reserve an iPhone at a store when they become available?

Thinking I may try and get one outright rather than waiting 2 weeks
 
I've caved, I'll order a gold 6+ from Apple later today. I tend to buy a new phone every two years after every major redesign.
I received a replacement 32GB black factory unlocked phone from Apple care just three months ago and it's in excellent condition.
I was thinking of putting it on eBay, any idea what kind of price I should list it at?
I've sold a lot of items on eBay but never an iPhone. Any tips to avoid problems later down the line?
 
I know this probably can't be answered yet (when's launch in US?) but would Apple Pay work in the UK with a US credit/debit card? I ask as it appears that Apple use the same technology as contactless credit cards already use here so would it be possible or do we need to wait and see?

is it the normal iphone 5? I listed mine on Thursday night and it had sold at £330 by 9am Friday (launch day).. Maybe £350 or more

Hi Benny

Search for the same phone that you're selling, then check the "sold listings" box to see what others are actually getting (could be very different to what others are listing for).

Be extra careful not to do anything that could void your eBay seller protection. For example:

- don't communicate at all with prospective buyers or your eventual buyer outside of eBay's messaging system.
- only accept payment via PayPal.
- only post it to the buyer's verified delivery address, as advised by eBay & PayPal (which may be a different address to the one in the initial sale notification email).

Send via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will give you proof of posting, signed for proof of delivery and insurance in transit.

I have previously sold an iPhone via eBay to a buyer who turned out to be fraudulent. However, seller protection meant that I got to keep the sale proceeds, because I'd complied fully with eBay's and PayPal's rules.

Contract was up but didn't preorder as wasn't sure between the 6 and 6+. Popped into Apple Store to get a handson with the 6 plus to see if it was ridiculously big. It is. Then went into O2 shop Walked out with 128GB silver iphone 6.

That kind of makes a mockery of people queuing up over night and waiting ages for delivery...

you will probably need to log on at midnight for any chance of being able to reserve one - except last night the system was down until half 2. I checked at 5.20am and everything was gone (6+ anyway) where was still some 6s available
 
I just wondered those of you that have the iPhone 6+ how long does your battery life last? are you heavy users, moderate or light users? i've purchased a 6+ online yesterday and waiting for it to arrive. I just wondered how the battery life is compared with say the 5S, and how good you think the battery life is?
