UK iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Thread

I ordered mine online about one hour ago, got email confirmation straight away. I got iPhone 6 Plus 16GB Space Gray. I'm not in a rush to get it but would like it by the end of next week!
 
I'm in the 30-03 group received email Friday about Saturday delivery but that turned to nothing,
been checking UPS and the latest info I have is departure scan from Korea at 19:50 on the 21st (not really sure what times the UPS site uses if it's depending on where the package is or if it's based on something else)

Waiting for a iphone 6+ 64Gb space grey ordered from Apple online

Put to ease at least knowing there are people going through the same as myself

my order was in store on last monday, they said it was the phone with the least stock on that spec :(

according to the website the SG + is up to 14 days for delivery, but IMO the best colour and size config.

Don't panic dude, lots of people on here reckon it's in Germany now.....plenty of time yet.....I've had things arrive at my local depot at around 5am before and been "out for delivery" 2 hours later......either way we're gonna have it within next 48 hours MAX!

Think Tuesday and if it arrives Monday you will be happy again. For me I am going for a Monday delivery...:cool:
 
Sorry my mistake I assumed the 4hours because I had a status update at exactly 3:10pm and could see the 7:10 time in Korea.
My point is that people are talking as though their phones are still in transit but Apple are saying it is a fault with the UPS update system and that they are in the UK already

Yep, I'm not that bothered about the space on the phone as I don't use more than 6GB on my i5 now. I read they were having problem with 64GB phone and Space Gray models. When did you order yours, I'm guessing it was online?

If they were in the UK early yesterday morning then we would have had them yesterday like a few other people......I think apple know bugger all about what's really going on lol

And by the way UPS told me themselves yesterday morning that we'd get it Monday but it wasn't in the UK so no chance of Saturday del!

Not to be rude to apple staff, unless you speak to a manager at Apple they are just telling you what they have been told. As they use the same tracking system we do its hard for them to tell us more than we already know in most cases, unless it get escalated to a manager who looks into it further.

The email was sent with good intent but just messed people around, and the tracking just can't keep up. I think nobody will see any real movement or tracking till tomorrow first thing. (fingers, Legs and anything else crossed)

me too, i don't use a lot of apps etc, but just want to be safe depending how many photos i take now etc...

yeah, hope they get it sorted soon, mine was from in store in Edinburgh and and was monday, the 15th.

Ah I see. Well good luck with yours mate, hope you get it sometime this week and they re-stock on the 16GB Space Gray iPhone 6 Plus ASAP :D

Does anyone know if ups will be taking the phones from Cologne to the UK or will they fly with someone else. Think it's fun watching them on flight tracker but I haven't saw much ups activity to and from Europe and the uk
 
Any movement on 10 to 17th October brackets or thereabouts? Still processing for me.

People getting this import scan, are you in the Korea 19:10 group? I am, but still no movement on my UPS :/

Cargo isn't really on a schedule, they come when they come normally. Even when you see a cargo schedule, nothing really ever sticks anywhere near close to when they're supposed to take off/land. Hell even today a UPS plane just ignored Warsaw (planned route) and went straight to Cologne.

Hmm fair enough, I tend to think the actual carrier service will probably know more than the distributor.....but as long as we get it tomorrow or Tuesday I don't care where it is right now lol :D
