You'll have to pay a delivery charge as it's free delivery when spending £50 or more. If you're worried it might delay things, your better going to an apple store and picking up a case if you have one hear by

Apple know how to make money. I.e. Keep the 16gb as entry level and charge you for icloud storage

I'd guess they'd have to make the edges of the glass protectors curved. If not, that's gonna be uncomfortable when you swipe from the edge of the screen.
Anyone know if the UK networks have posted any price plans yet?? Pre-orders go live in just a few hours and I can't find anything relating to contracts for the new iPhone 6

Nothing yet, looks like they're all going live at 8am...There's been some talk of three waiting until 12 midday but I can't see that happening.
Yea I know what you mean, it is rather odd keeping 16gb, I regret getting my 5s in 16gb, no space for anything fun really! But I've heard the current 64gb 6 is a similar price to 5s 32gb? If thats true then its definitely a bonus!
its my day off tomorrow, so i have no reason to sleep and i am wide awake, i have my beer and some food to keep me awake i hope LOL, although i wont be drinking too much to stay focus when its time.

I think it's just a generation thing. I'm keen to ingest a lot of content all the time and I take a lot of photos.
Its because a lot of people just won't ever buy 16GB and will once again upgrade to a higher storage. If they made the 32GB baseline then TONS of people who used to pay a premium for the storage upgrade would get the baseline model and Apple would lose money.
In British terms, at first you can buy a 2 pack or a 4 pack of beer. Well I don't want just 2 beers so I'll get 4. Then beer prices goes down (stay with me now) but they still want those spending a 4 pack to spend more. So they offer you a 2 pack or a 6 pack of beer. Well the customer said I was never satisfied with 2, but only 4, so I'll go 6 if that's the next best option after 2.
I am. My sleeping pattern is pretty skewed anyone this week whilst I wait to go back to uni so I've been sleeping at around 6am. Few extra hours won't hurt.
Watching catchup tv and playing Destiny seems to the plan until around 6ish.
Hopefully it won't be like gig tickets where the website crashes and within seconds they're all sold out/or pushed back beyond release date. That would piss me off. I can deal with a 10 minute window as then it's not a mad dash where you end up panicking and doing something stupid or missing out by pot luck because the site buckled for you.
I imagine they kept 16 to make people buy the 64. If people are running out of space in a 16 they are going to get the 32 if possible so they would get the cheaper model. By keeping the 16 there they are forcing people to pay more and get the 64GB device.
Oh man i need to play my Destiny, I just got my Ghost Edition and i have yet to open it from the box, been so busy with work.
Anyone got any idea if I collect at store, will I have the usual queue and will it be held the entire day?

lucky you, this weekend will be a busy one for me, so I am guessing i wont be able to even touch the game until next weekend if not later, and my brain right now isn't really for a game mode to play, too much pre-order time in mind and beer lol

Double check card info is correct and contact numbers up to date.
Double check billing and shipping addresses.
Be logged in to apple account on browser as backup.
Have fraud prevention dept number for card ready. (Shouldn't be an issue of it's just a stop charge).
Have signal and wifi, curse jar to hand....

I am so tempted, OMG!!! and I really don't want to play it just yet and have my mind thinking of the pre-order... i think i'll wait until i am truly free with nothing in mind and play the game.
