You do have a chance of failing it to be honest with you.

I only passed my credit check because I suppose I've just been in my first job for about a month.

How do you know they passed you because you'd been in your first job for a month? Three have no idea how much you passed a credit check by, or by which element you passed by.

I'm 23, so have 5 years of perfect credit history. Hopefully that's more important than being employed.

We shall see tomorrow. :)

I was 18 or 19 at the time, had no credit rating at all (never paid bills or had any direct debits or anything), i applied for a contract with 3 and passed.

Some places care more than others, like banks with overdrafts and credit cards and stuff, that's harder, but a contract for a phone i imagine is slightly easier.

But that's just my experience and opinion. :p

Anyone pre-ordering on contract? I'm going to my local o2 store in the morning to do it that way :D Hope all is well for everyone else pre-ordering online :)

I'm also here

Wish the three website was. At least we'd know they're doing something.

I'm here, in between watching TV and smoking and drinking. I really should be in bed though, i'm gonna have to set about 10 alarms on my phone and one on my PC at full volume.

Just over 5 hours to go people! I hope everything runs smoothly for you all.

Now, back to TV and hopefully a few hours sleep!

So Three aren't yet revealing what time their preorders are going live.
Poor show. At least give us some sort of idea of time.

I'd say they will probably lose a few potential customers doing this. Not a good idea IMO. I think it's bad enough that none of the networks have revealed and prices yet.

I'm with Three at the moment on the iPhone 5. I like them as a network. The unlimited data is a big plus and so is the feel at home roaming deal.
However I don't want to have to guess about plans and costs.

I'm with o2 myself. They don't offer 4G in my area so have been considering switching to EE who have great coverage in the area. My dad is with them and gets a great signal.

In the end I just decided 4G isn't really that big a deal as I'm mostly always around a WiFi connection at Uni or home and I quite like o2 and think their service is pretty good and have been good to me in the past.

TBF I still have the option to go sim free but I'm not in a great position ATM. I have to deposit money into my bank account which doesn't even open till 9:30AM so I didn't think my chances were great to get a successful pre-order for the 19th.

Contract seems my best option to guarantee getting it on day one so it's a small price to pay I guess.

I could afford to go sim free, however I've a few things coming up that I'd rather keep the money free for so will go contract.

Yeah me too, I'm just hoping the 64GB 6 will be sub £200 upfront. I'm thinking it should be, it's only £619 to buy and I only paid £150 (inc VAT) for my 32GB 5S last December and that was £719 I believe.

I'm looking at the 6plus 64GB. No idea how much it'll be on contract. Will have to wait and see.

I'm gonna get a few hours sleep...

Alarms are set on my phone, iPad and PC. See you all tomorrow!

I was very disappointed they removed the 32GB option, that would have been perfect for me. I guess you can't complain about the extra storage which is effectively the same price.

Yes I also was disappointed when I saw the wont be offering the 32gb since it was more than enough for my need, but as you have said... the price of the 64gb is the same as 32gb price, no harm with extra storage I guess for the same price :D

You going for 6 or 6+?

6 Plus 64gb Space Gray :D

Leaning toward a 64GB 6 myself. I'm tempted to go silver again. Had that for my iP5 then went back to black when I got my 5S. I really do like the idea of the 6 Plus but I just think it's too big.

Personally I loved the size of my 5S and will welcome something a little bigger but I just think it's going to be too big my hands. Going to look at some similar sized phones in the O2 store tomorrow before pulling the trigger.

Made some mockups of both sizes and the 4.7" feels really nice IMO. Just big enough without being a little too cumbersome to handle with one hand.
