I ordered on the 12th and was stuck on 'Processing Items' for 20 Days!
Just Went to 'Preparing for Dispatch' on Friday, now i'm stuck there!

That's a while to have to wait, i think Apple are struggling to keep up with the demand.

I ordered the same. Got told it would come last week. Phoned again and got told this week. It's ridiculous. The customer service know nothing. The annoying thing is when I ordered, the website stated delivery within 7 days. It's been nearly 14, and they STILL list the phone as delivery within 7 days. Though the gold and silver model are delivered within one day.

It's the same with mobiles.co.uk. Ordered my iPhone 6 64GB space grey last week, when it said delivery expected by October 6th. That's been and gone. Now it says 2-3 weeks for new orders - I hope mine comes quicker than that.

Gold and Silver models are available for immediate dispatch, but it seems there's a shortage of Grey.

Got my ip6 today,
Got home a hour ago but sadly my 5s isn't backing up on iTunes so haven't switch the 6 on yet

You do not need to manually enter any APN settings for O2 in the UK. There were once some glitches with this, but it was fixed years ago.

I've made reset on the cellular data network settings to get original iPhone apn settings (idata.o2.co.uk). And like I wrote this before I've lost mobile data connection. My O2 contract sim doesn't work on those settings. I have to enter android apn settings again or go to O2 store and ask stuff member to switch my data plan from android to iPhone.

That's strange. Maybe it's something to do with your SIM card. I have a contract iPhone 5 SIM, and an old prepay O2 SIM which both work fine with the default idata.o2.co.uk APN.

As I said, I do remember having some issues years ago with this, but not for a long time.

I ordered mine late Sep and it arrived after two weeks. That's the good news. Bad news it seems to have no sounds for notifications etc despite having then switched on ?

Perhaps it's a software glitch.

You could try restoring it to see if that solves the problem. :)

Another possibility is that you have 'Do Not Disturb' switched on covering the time that you couldn't hear notifications. Have a look in your Settings menu.

Is there a moon crescent icon showing in your status bar?

anyone with delivery by TNT still stuck in Pudong airport?

my wifes iPhone 6 Plus been there for 2 days now.

Right, after pre-ordering on 12th and getting a 3-4 week delivery estimate, I just walked into the store in Bristol and picked one straight up to buy, same model.

Ridiculous - what the hell is the point of pre-ordering? I called Apple and they will contact the courier to cancel the order.

It's still showing as Preparing for Dispatch - same as the last 9 days.

...Still I got the phone :)

Finally had a delivery text, DPD have my phone from EE and it's being delivered tomorrow, it's a 16Gb SG i6 ordered in the 24th.

Got an email from Apple earlier today, saying "we are working on your order, your iphone will be available to ship between 13.10.14 and 20.10.14" sounds like I may see some movement on my order soon.

I'd be seriously unhappy if I was still waiting for my pre-order from launch day. How many of you are still waiting and how many of you will pre-order your next iphone from Apple?

iphone 6 plus 64gb

After placing an order with phones.co.uk on the 14/9/14 for the iphone 6 plus 64gb in space grey with EE as an upgrade, received an email this morning saying it will be dispatched this evening by parcel force and will be with me by tomorrow, god its been a very long wait...cant wait:D

After pre-ordering on the September 12th, I finally received a shipping notification from the App Store app, due to arrive 'before the October 15th'.
Better late than never, but it still takes the p**s.

I finally got a dispatched notification today. My wife's iPhone 6 came last week, looks like they are running low on the iPhone 6 Plus.

I guess the Chinese Public Holiday held things up as well as mine was stuck on preparing for dispatch since last week which is slightly annoying as Apple took the money off my card when it changed from preparing for dispatch.

Estimated delivery is 15th but will wait until the tracking number is on the TNT system for a definite delivery date.

For people complaining how long it has taken, the same happens every year. Unless you are the very first then be prepared to wait a few weeks. Apple has sold 10 million plus.

No unfortunately not. They said it would be delivered by the end of this week. Do you know if they deliver Saturday? They've not text me so I assume it won't be coming tomorrow. It's not the wait that bothers me. It's the misleading information they give out via website then their call centres. I'll have to write a complaint with the way they deal with things. Hope you enjoy your phone sir.

Oh. Just to add. I spoke to customer services on Tuesday. They said deliver by end of the week. Yet last night at 12am I got a text saying it'll be with me within 14 days... Some of you have had a 7day text from EE right?
