It looks like TNT aim to deliver on the estimated date, although there have been instances where they've delivered ahead of schedule.
Also, it could also depend on when in the week, it arrives at either Arnhem or the Initial UK hub. In my case, it arrived at Arnhem on Friday and didn't move until the Monday, possibly suggesting no weekend movement from there. :confused:

I ordered mine on the 21/9 unfortunately I was out the country and missed the pre order

I wanted to decide which one to get, that's why i ordered on the 20th September. But ever since then, it's been stuck on "processing items" i received my Apple silicone case a couple of weeks back.

Yeah from what I've heard it could be awhile. I am just going to go by the estimate they have given me which is 21st (Tuesday), it's some express service :)

Of course, the call to confirm sim size may have already scotched that. It's nonsense since you couldn't specify the sim size, and if they try it on that basis I'll be reporting them for false advertising and dodgy trading.

Hey I ordered the 64gb space grey also. When I ordered it said 7days delivery. It's been 21 now. And I've also checked their website and it now states delivery within a day! So where are ours? Beyond frustrating.
 
Well if the current program is anything to go by then the dates are slipping even further.
I ordered a 128GB Space Grey 6 Plus yesterday over the phone as I wanted verbal answers and the sales rep told me the wait could easily be the 19th Nov which would make it 5 weeks from placing an order.
 
Wanted to watch Grand Designs in bed last night (as you do - love the show Kev)... iPad was dead.

What to do? What to do?

Just watch it on my 6plus. Awesome.

Agreed - I got a text yesterday saying it'll be on it's way within seven days but it sounds like they're not above sending you that on a weekly basis :mad:

I'm tempted to put another order in through the website (without second sim this time) to see if they dispatch "within a day" - if they're not going to deal in good faith I don't see why I should...

O2 have thrown a spanner in the works by finally rolling out 4G here too, so I might give them a final chance to work me a discount. Decisions!

Ordered two iPhone 6's - one 16GB Gold the other 64 Space Grey. Got the text message and email notification saying it's been dispatched last Friday. Text message says delivers by 20th Oct.

Checking my order status on the store does not give me any tracking numbers at all. Clicking the tracking button in the "dispatched" email just takes me into my order on the Apple store, but again with no tracking button/links.

Any ideas how I can track these?

Have you tried pasting the order number in box on the UPS website?.If not you can ring the free number on apple website and the customer service will give you a tracking number
 
So.. after a few days of running the script from the stock checker website I managed to reserve and pick up a 64GB space grey in white city yesterday.

Basically, the stock seems to fluctuate completely randomly. The script checked every minute for me and most of the time when stock is added it will go in 5-10 minutes! Thats the reason some of you never see any stock.

So if you are checking manually you're gonna need some luck to get one. I would suggest trying to figure out how to use the script (theres a how-to inside the file and you can easily run it from terminal on a mac).

Yes tried the WXXXXXXX number and the delivery reference number on both UPS and TNT. No results on both.

Was trying to find a number earlier but it always tried to direct me back to the online store. Finding it even harder now as the store is down for tonights event.

Do you have the number to hand?

p.s .did you try tracking by reference on the ups website as opposed to tracking by tracking number and the number again is 0800 048 0408

Thanks. Done the automated phone thing - waiting on the email to come through. Weirdly it said it was coming via Royal Mail which doesn't sound right to me.

You're welcome,them using royal mail must be a new development it used to be strictly UPS but i guess with royal mail you know its coming in the morning

Actually got to speak to someone. He said the Royal Mail thing was definitely wrong.

Anyways.. gave me a tracking number... UPS both out for delivery today.. :):)
