UK iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Thread

So I decided on the Plus... I have an iPhone 6 SG 64GB unlocked, band new and still sealed for sale.
Looking for retail price and in Central London.

The chances of anyone having that is slim though. The only people who would have that is likely business people who have accounts both here and in the US.
Yes hence you have to change your phone region to US to even get the option in passbook,although you would be surprised at the number of people that have US credit cards in uk

I originally bought a 6 Plus and a 6 and got them delivered at launch day.
Used the Plus for 5 days or so and was pretty disappointed so moved to the 6 and it felt just right. Returned the 6 Plus and got a refund.
Then the apps started getting updated to the new resolution and seen friends enjoying the plus and I'm now regretting my decision.
If anyone in London would like to swap their 6 Plus 64 or 128 (gold preferably) for a 6 64GB Space Gray I would be happy to do so and pay the difference obviously.

Just reserved the 16gb space grey iphone 6 for pickup tomorrow at Liverpool store

Forgetting the size, this is how it should be for all orders..... Order same day for pick up later in the day.
Like others here with the long wait; my 128GB Space Grey was ordered on the 15 Oct, so I have another minimum 13 days to wait which could easily role into 20.
Assuming you have an Apple Store nearby, why not just keep checking stocks on the iPhone Reservation webpage or ring up your local store daily to check their stocks instead of waiting around for yours to be delivered? You could bag one up with a bit of persistence before your order is delivered in 13 days time.

Been doing this EVERY day for the past two weeks and this site checker as well

Bang after midnight when the site opens up again I check not just my local store (12 miles away) but 3 other stores up to 80 miles away.
The nearest hasn't had a sniff in a 128GB model of any colour in all the time I have been checking.
This morning however for the first time it's showing stock..... Can not believe it, especially as I'm away for the weekend and not an Apple Store anywhere local to my position.

Looking at that website it seems there are a quite a few stores with the 128GB model available and 16GB, so stock is picking up, slightly. Sucks that you'll be away during the weekend. I'm not sure whether the stock checker is checking stock for reservation or stock for general store sale. If the former, it may be worth calling up stores early in the morning and checking if they've got your desired model in stock. The downside is you'll have to drive there quick to get hold of it if it's in stock. Or, you may as well save yourself the hassle and wait for your 6 to come through.

Thanks.... Yeah, it's been that long now waiting I've sold myself the idea to wait it out rather than put myself through the mangle every day.
Ordered 6 plus on 27th of this month...
Just got notification of dispatch so looks like stocks will be plentiful very soon. Initial delivery estimate was 3-4 weeks but looks like 2 weeks or less now. 64GB very hard to come by in stores currently. Ridiculous really.

Hi all, got my plus the other day and am loving the size and battery life! I came from owning a 5 and have been waiting for a bigger screen for ages which btw is epic.
Just a quick one don't know if it has been covered before!?! Has anyone else had issues with 4g with iPhone 6 in three UK network.
Wife has got iphone 5 I was stood next to her today she had full bars and 4g, I had half bars and 3G intermittently.

I have a few SIM's on different networks but on the whole I find T-Mobile & Vodaphone best at holding a signal out of town, 3 in built up areas when stationary but can be problematic the second you leave a decent connection and last a Tesco PAYG on O2 which on the whole isn't bad either.

Im on three with my 5s currently but will be getting my 6 plus next week. Ill let you know if I get any issues or not with that. Might just be a settings thing. Try logging into three on your account and select which phone you have. They might send you a text file to change settings?
What colour did you opt for? Ive always gone silver with previous iphones but due to the size and in my opinion works better for the plus went for grey.
question for those who bought their sim free on finance from apple
can you do a deposit of your choosing, or is it fixed or no deposit ?
reason is I would like to buy the 6 with apple care, but pay £200 upfront to bring the payments down.

My ip6 which has been in a case since I got it and has been treated with kid gloves and never dropped has a defective screen. It's lifted up on one side by several millimetres from the casing. Still works ok.
Taking it in to get looked at and hopefully exchanged on Wednesday.

Usually around Christmas/new year Apple do an interest free finance over 10 months for a short period. I did this last year so this is my only experience. Its usually fixed but dont take my work for it on the current offers . I guess if fixed then this way they can make as much interest out of you if its the standard term finance?
