UK iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Thread

Decided on the iPhone 6 128GB in Space Grey.
Will pre-order on Friday.

Also just ordered a case, Spigen Neo Hybrid in gunmetal colour as well as their GLAS.tR Slim screen protector. (I'd love to use it without the casing, but I'm too clumsy :confused:)

They should be here Thursday.
 
£700 for the 64gb iPhone plus. Errr no thanks. Even £619 for standard iphone is too much. Dropping 32gb is a con.
 
To be fair the iphone 6 prices are pretty decent...128gb iphone 6 is the same as 64gb 5s was last year, isn't it?
 
If anyone is interested, envirofone are offering £180.01 for an iPhone 5 16GB. Use the code EXTRA5 for an extra 5% to bring it to £189.01.

Still stuck between going for the 16gb or 64gb i6.

I've just ordered one of these to use for the first few days, as it was only £6.99! :D

Yep you're right can't see y wainers are always moaning. You getting extra 32gb for the same price. Just can't please people. I'm getting the 6+ 64GB. :D
 
I'll go to my usual O2 store that has a queue of about 4 people just before it opens. Hate the look of the gold. Will need to handle both to decide if I get the 6 or the plus. However 128gb either way.
 
So will the O2 store will have these in stock on the 19th?

And possibly you can pre order online to be delivered on the 19th?

That's annoying they are paying exactly the same for a 32GB iPhone 5, still its £14.00 more than O2 Recycle were going to pay me so thanks. Plus it means I don't have to go without a phone for a few days as I have 14 days from today to get it to them.

I sent off for the enviro deal this morning but I didn't see the option to apply offer codes:confused: where do you enter, at the checkout? If so ii'll go through and re apply.

Probably, networks will probably release details about prices and pre-orders tomorrow or Thursday. I think O2 online is actually now Carphone Warehouse, they handle all the orders.
 
64gb 6 for me. The only advantage of the plus to me is the better battery life, but it is not worth carrying out that size a device.

Any news on apple pay in the UK? Or even iRadio?
 
What time is preorder on Friday? 8am or 00:00?

Do they generally deliver on release day? I have a flight to Hong Kong in the evening off the 19th

Is there an option to collect in store? If so does preordering reserve you one or are you still risking there will be none left in store?
 
Hopefully pre-orders from 8am this Friday! I'll be getting the 4.7" 64GB in space grey.

I've never pre-ordered before, so what sort of time frame do I have to do it assuming orders go live at 8am if we use previous stock flows as a rough idea?
 
Don't forget to checkout Apple's recycle program. I got £210 for iPhone 5 32Gb which is more than any other company i could find

No they won't.

Only Apple stores will have the SIM-free iPhone 6 on launch day. You'll have to wait to get SIM-free phones from other shops.
 
Sim free phone for me. The 5.5 inch is WAY too big to the point of stupid! The 4.7 will be well enough along with 64GB. I don't need 128gb with iCloud only costing me £2.99 for 200gb.

Just not sure if to go for the silver this time? I always get black, but I actually like the white iPhone?

it was at the checkout page where you enter your bank details. :)

Apple's own recycling is £190 but price isn't guaranteed.
