UK iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Thread

Ordered at 08:43 through Apple's site, order is now showing as processing. Looks like they're getting through them

Really disappointed on 3 to 4 weeks despatch time on 6+. I ordered at 8:45am, and looking at Apple store now. it is still the same dispatch time frame!
The worst thing is I setup express checkout last night, was on my mac at 7:50 this morning as I know the 6+ is in short supply.
As everyone on the thread knows, Apple store site did not came online at 8am, the express checkout did not work. The phone went from 7 to 10 days delivery at basket to 3 to 4 weeks after checkout.
Looking and using my OnePlus One, think I'll cancel the order after it is processed, as mid to late Oct is too long to wait for me. Might look on ebay at xmas time to pickup a used one cheaper.

It says your in london and according to the site Regent street has stock of ALL 4.7 inch models.
After over 2 hours of trying to get through to 02 online and by the phone I walked into one of their stores and made a pre-order straight away. 64GB in Gold.
Well I'm still no further forward, it's now after 11am and the ee sites been up and down more times then the pants of an Amsterdam prostitute.... But still no option to order my upgrade!!XIII

Nope you would need to cancel the contract and take out a new contract for a 128GB phone.
Purchased both the iPhone 6 128GB and the iPhone 6+ 128GB this morning.
It says the 6 will deliver on release day, and the 6+ at the end of this month (30th).
Seems like the 6 is still available everywhere and everyone is snapping the 6+ up like hotcakes!

Cheers for that, I had a look early, but all the 64GB 5.5in are not available for pick up.
I also ordered a 4.7" this morning, and it will be delivered on next Friday, too bad it is not for me!
Just a bit disappointed missing out the time frame by couple of minutes as I ordered it on my phone on the way to work. Should have stayed at home for 10 minutes longer
How does the reservation system work may I ask?
I reserved 2 x 128gb iPhone 6 plus models this morning, for the Leeds Trinity store (pickup next Fri 19th). Does that mean they are guaranteed for me? Do I have to wait in a huge line in order to get my reserved stock?
Experiences from last year etc would be appreciated. Cheers

Ok thanks I guess I could still do that as I'm sure you get about a week to decide but hopefully three will come through later and I will just be able to reserve a 128gb 6+
Anyone know if they hold some back to ensure people will queue on release? I really want a 6 Plus, but availability is non-existent for pick-ups!

Just upgraded with Vodafone - 6 plus 128GB. Tried to select silver but order kept coming up grey so who knows what I'll get. It'll be a surprise!

While I have a 6+ grey 128gb on order for the 3-4 week delivery slot, I am kinda hoping stores will get more stock over the coming days for reserve. That way I can cancel the online order and reserve for store pick up earlier.
Online orders won't get all the production, as we have seen before, phones were still coming into stock days after initial release with people queuing for them.
Or is this just wishful thinking on my part?

I tried calling at 8am but it was just telling to go to the site to do the upgrade, which of course was down.
I didn't get into the office until 9 after dropping the daughter unit off at school. Called, 40minute wait, then just ordered. As I said she said it will be on the first wave starting next Saturday, but I'm expecting them to arrive from the 22nd onwards. Will have to wait on the dispatch text from them I guess. No rush
Processing means you are in the safe. All payment WILL go through correctly. You are not being prevented from purchase by fraud detection at all
Just sit back and relax until next Friday.
That's fine. I'm (sadly enough...) an Apple launch veteran, so hours spent queuing is nothing new to me. Just got a bit concerned by the reservation system being in place this time around as I really want a 64GB Plus, which is unavailable for reservations.
