Did you sort your number problem out? I've just had a call name didn't come up but the number was stored. The number came up as +44 format but the number stored is the usual 07 format. Just added the +44 number to my contact and the name now works.
I tried that with mine but it didn't work. I've not done anything since but I think it's okay now if not apple advised to reset settings and re ass the contact

Been checking my support profile like mad. Finally they have put on the my new iPhone. So they have allocated me one :)

So you can all check

Mine is exactly the same model, same production week, same factory :)

Silver 6s Plus 128GB here.

Mine shows too :)

iPhone 6s Plus 128gb Silver

They'll be appearing on support profile as individual iPhones are assigned to orders, there's probably somebody walking around a warehouse in China right now with a handheld scanner (okay, probably more than one somebody) zapping phones, linking to buyers and sticking an order details label on.

Mine hasn't appeared in support profile yet, but it's probably at the bottom of a stack of something ;)

Mine [iPhone 6s 64 Space Grey] is older - only makes me more impatient and frustrated that they've kept us hanging for an additional week!! I fail to understand why! I suspect it was so that they can say " we sold x amount' on launch day.. and not have them spread out.

Interesting to see mine is C6... and you guys have other factories..

I see most of you guys have listed your iPhones being manufactured at the Foxconn Factory, whilst mine is from Pegatron-Protek.

Does it matter which factory your iPhones are made?

The good thing with John Lewis is that you get 2 years warranty. I doubt they will stock the 6s starting the 25th though.

The guy in KRCS last week reckoned they'd be getting 6s stock pretty quickly - not sure I believe him though!

Absolutely not, but some people on this forum will still try and correlate issues that aren't really there (yellow screen, poor battery, offset FaceTime camera) to specific factories.

I think the launch was supposed to be the 18th.

I read somewhere because they wanted Japan to be included they had to change it to 25th last minute!!

This to me makes sense as ios normally releases 2 day before launch which woud have been 18th.

The fact all your iPhones went P4D a week before and also people allocated devices now a week before means that they were ready for the 18th but now have decided to just hold onto the phones for an extra week before shipping!!
