UK iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus Thread

Ha! Great minds .... I ordered the gold 64g on 12th at 8.08am. Had reservations so changed order to rose gold on 16th with a delivery date of 8-14th Oct. My est. delivery changed on Wednesday to 29th Sept - 6 Oct. My order is still processing with no movement.
Was you after the plus to begin with? Might be worth waiting until 9 and trying again. Im considering going back to the 6s
Nope, just normal 6S. When preorders opened on the 12th I chose Rose Gold, got to the confirmation bit and then it said they had all gone.
Damn some people must be super fast but one thing is that you might as well be signed in ready to confirm saves those precious extra seconds

Yep. Tried doing that today but it still made me confirm my mobile number which was annoying, but I managed to get a reservation as I said
I think it depends on the store ? The Manchester store which is round the corner and Liverpool store being the next one next to me say from 9am

For anyone who ordered with Three, I was given 9th of October as my delivery estimate, for my space grey 6s+ but I just got a text saying it will be delivered on Monday. So hopefully a few other people have the sans experience. It's going to a hard wait this weekend.
There was a Rose Gold 6S available in Edinburgh today so I'm away to get that and I'll send the other one back.
I normally get the non-S, but something made me decide to get the 6S this year
I'm in the same boat. I didn't even miss a delivery. I was waiting all day with the tracking website saying it was out for delivery, then at 8pm it was delayed after no delivery attempt was even made and supposedly it won't be redelivered until Monday. I wish I knew what was going on!Constantly hitting refresh on Ukmail site for updates. I feel like the only one who missed delivery yesterday
Late to the party here, but some first impressions:
- In defence of UK Mail, who have taken a bit of a bashing on here, the tracking worked flawlessly for me, I got a text when I was the next delivery and they delivered right in the middle of the delivery window. Receptionist at work said they are usually very good when I expressed some surprise that they hadn't messed it up, so maybe it depends on your depot/driver? Anyway, happy with the service.
- Phone seems great, not played with it a huge amount yet but hardware etc. seems fine and I'm pleased with the new features. Thought my speaker was broken at first though as when I was testing the camera there were no shutter clicks: turns out it doesn't click when you have Live Photos on, presumably so you don't record the click as part of the video.
- It really seems like Apple can't win at this point, as some people will be unhappy whatever they do. Make a really light phone? Too flimsy. Make it from a different, more robust aluminium / stronger glass / include new pressure sensors? It's like they have made it from neutronium and it's in danger of collapsing into a black hole under its own gravitational pull.

I had to do the same thing.
It was irritating, but at the same time I deleted a good few apps, so all's well that ends well!

I'm sat here using my iPhone 6, the 6s is packed up ready for return and now I've slept on it I'm asking myself of I've made the right decision to return the 6s!!!
