So I originally bought a Case Mate Naked Tough transparent case for my 6s Plus, but it proved to be a little too slippy and didn't have any real protection at the bottom.

Although I really hate cut outs for the Apple logo, the Spigen Ultra Neo Hybrid Metal is the closest case to perfect for me. I wanted a better lip around the screen and something a bit sturdier that could take a drop, as well as something that had more grip.

I had that case for the launch of the 6 last year.

I liked it, but boy was it a bastard to get off...

Anybody had any decent luck with screen protectors for a 6s?? I've used the attached link and I've torn it off. Made 3D Touch a nightmare, especially for the nifty hard press in the left for open apps.
iPhone 6 Screen Protector, Anker Premium Tempered Glass Screen Protector (4.7 inch) for Apple iPhone 6 (2014) 9H Hardness and Easy Bubble-Free Installation [Lifetime Warranty] https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00MGE1WYG/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_8LtewbSJNZCEA

Personally I don't like the glass screen protectors as they add too much thickness to the display and I an feel that thickness. I prefer to use standard "plastic" screen protectors. I'm using the following on my 6S Plus and it has been fine.

Happy with these photos I took today with my new 6s :)

I love the leather Apple case and used it most on my 6 plus but when I came to sell it I took some photos. Look at the scratches on the bottom. As you know the Apple case is unprotected at the bottom. This has put me off it. How did these scratches happen? View attachment 589357

Looks like that when you went out and got p****d, you couldn't find either of the two holes.. :D

Hey guys, so since Apple is using a new stronger aluminium on the new 6s+, can someone please confirm that it will not bent like its predecessor?

Cheers

I know, but the pics on there are all American and very pro. This is a canal in the UK. You people will get that.

Fair enough although there are a few UK posters in there already. It is all about the photographs and not as much about the locations and not all of them are professionals in there. Anyway just thought I would point it out. No worries. :)

I know this is the iPhone thread. But I picked up a blue leather loop strap today at CEX for £65, completely perfect condition. Complete bargain, half price.

Check YouTube. I'm 100% confident there will be no bendgate this year.

I watched a few videos it took two man both trying to bend the 6s+ together to even make it kink slightly.

I never knew anyone who had a bent 6+. Out of the millions they sold I bet there were less that 100.

Nice one! I managed to get an Apple leather 6 plus case for £10 last week, also in completely perfect condition. It was a bit of a punt because I didn't know at the time whether it would fit the 6s plus but it does, snugly.

You only got to google to see there was a lot more than that. I bought a 6. It bent after 6 days and I baby my gadgets (my 5 still looks as good as the day I took it out the box 3 years later).

I'm not saying it was as big an issue as the media would have people believe but I also don't buy apples bull that it was only 9.

But Apple don't tend to make the same mistake twice. There will be no bendgate this year.

The 6 and 6+ bent with normal use. And when you have idiots saying 'well don't put it in your pocket' it makes me, as a fan of Apple products cringe. A phone shouldn't bend simply because it's put in someone's pocket.

The 6s and 6s+ , I don't see the same thing happening with those. As I said, Apple don't make the same mistake twice.
