Facebook is not listed here?

Can't help you there, my only advice to people who install the Facebook app is to uninstall it and see how much better battery life is.

If you have to have FB on your phone use it via Safari.

Anybody checked out which chip they have yet? ...As in Samsung A9 or TSMC A9. I've got the Samsung chip and getting roughly 6 hours of battery a day heavy usage, but the phone is always on the warm side when operating.

My lock screen is taking up 20% of my battery...is that normal ?
iOS- rather than model-related, but...

My two daughters both have a 5c. Elder daughter has had hers a year, and it's incrementally reached 9.0.1. Younger daughter has just inherited her mother's two year old 5c and I've set it up from scratch with 9.0.2.

As far as I can tell both iPhones identically configured with regards to everything that impacts on battery life. The girls have very similar usage patterns, and if you look at the battery usage stats everything is broadly the same except for 'Home & Lock Screen': the 9.0.1 is 7% over the last 24 hours (and over the entire week), whereas the 9.0.2 is 22% over the last 24 hours (and 21% over the three days since 'commissioning').

The most obvious explanation is it's a 9.0.2 'feature' (of the 5c, at least) but I can't prove it without updating the 9.0.1 iPhone, which I don't particularly want to do for obvious reasons...

EDIT: or rather than being a 9.0.1/9.0.2 difference, it's down to incremental installs from 7.1.x onwards vs fresh 9.0.2 install.

I have a question, sorry if it sounds dumb but I haven't bought a brand new iPhone before.

I recently saw that the USA now gets SIM-Free options from Apple. Is that already in place here? So If I reserve a 6S from the Norwich store, I get that option?

So I've had my 6S for just under 24 hours and I have to say, I just love it so far. Coming from a 5c, this is like a breath of fresh air.

Itching the space grey really suits the phone too. My partner has the silver iPhone 6 and I think the black front looks a hell of a lot sleeker. Personal preference, of course.

Im struggling to get over how quick Touch ID is. It's crazy fast!

Really glad I took the plunge!

I do find it strange the us Brits do not seem to be having battery gate, yellow screen gate or chip gate.
I guess we are all just enjoying our phones.

In addition to Azzin's reply I believe the iPhone always comes SIM Free here in the UK when the new devices are released; am pretty sure it's only the States that have to wait a few weeks.

Phone still 'processing' whereas ordered the Apple Watch today which has just changed to preparing for shipment. Might have the watch for a few days without a phone!

I just returned my "pink" 128gb 6s for a 128gb 6s plus. Was used to my 6 plus and thought the 6s was too small for me. Decent phone though.

Apple Stores (online and in store) always sell unlocked versions and they are currently available.

Guys can anyone please help...its driving me crazy

Basically how do you delete all purchased music from your iPhone? When I set up my iPhone for the first time...all the music I have purchased was automatically synced to my phone.

I have just connected my phone to my mac...and when I go on my device tab...under music there are no songs showing on there despite all my purchased songs being on my i phone.

I have tried going to settings and deactiviating 'show all music'....but those purchased songs are still on my iPhone. Does anybody know how to delete them all?

Adding music to my phone is really stressing me out....

Can anyone else help.

Ive manually added music to my iPhone but under the music tab there is no option like always to select 'artist', 'composer', 'songs' etc...

all it says under my music is...
shuffle
and below that is 'recently added'. Normally you will have a drop down menu to select artists, songs, composer, playlists etc....
help!!!

I'm struggling with Apple Music too. Can't get to grips with it. Not user friendly all all. Crap!

ahh this is confusing me

I tried that and they're still on there

i just want to delete all the purchases from my phone...ive tried what he said yet the purchases are still on there???/ Anybody know what i can do?
They will appear on your iPhone, but doesn't mean they are actually on your iPhone. They will have a cloud symbol next to it if it is in the cloud and not on your iPhone. You then can stream the music or download it dependant upon your needs.

What is it that you turn off on Facebook to save battery?
Nothing, its seriously eating battery on everyones phone. I use it as much as the BBC news app which only uses 1% but Facebook often goes upto 80% usage. Just delete it and use the safari site instead.
