Ordered through app. Got confirmation email immediately at 8:04. Happy with how it went. Ordered 6S+ SG 64GB.

Not sure when but gone to processing now :) Which seems very quick. No call from marks saying is this fraud which I am happy with too.

Not many people seem to have gone to processing yet.

Mines on processing too. Got the order email at 8:03.

I haven't received the confirmation email yet but the status has changed to Processing items and shows "
Delivery: 25/9 in most areas by Standard Shipping".

*Happy Dance* :D

I was indecisive which case to get, most of the leather cases ship within a few days, but the saddle brown one that I want might not be here in time now. If I had made my mind up earlier I would have had it next week.

Two weeks between pre-order and delivery this year. Hasn't it always been a week for the past few years? I wonder if we'll see individual phones ship from China this time around, rather than from the Syncreon and TNT hubs in the UK.

Guys I want to have the iphone 6s delivered to a local pick up point but that option has been "unavailable" since the morning. I don't want it delivered home on 25th because I won't be in and you can't seem to choose delivery date either. What should I do?

Yeah it's always been a week so I don't understand why it's now changed to two weeks.

The option to change delivery address will become available in due course on the order status page.

So all the 1.99 cases are back up to 17.99. Serves me right for not picking a couple up.
I think I bagged 3 for my 6S+ when they were 99p! :D

I somehow managed to order a 6S one too! :p

Last year I bagged a case at 5p delivered next day (Amazon Prime), that later went up to £19.99!

I've got the same problem. Ordered through Apple Store app, paid with a combination of an Apple gift card & the balance on my Amex card. I didn't note down the time but I think it was about 08:10 and 40-ish minutes later still no email confirmation.

I did note down the order number luckily and I logged onto my Amex account just now and can see a £1 charge pending for Apple. That's what I would expect since I think they just put a test transaction on the credit card to test it is valid and will post the actual charge when the product ships.

I think the fact that the order process did generate an order number and did validate my credit card does mean it went through but I'll be a lot happier when I get an email to confirm it. Maybe Apple's systems are getting overloaded and they are putting a lower priority on sending out confirmation emails vs booking new orders.

The post above is now 15 pages back in this thread but so probably irrelevant but, for the record, I did get my confirmation email at 09:09 so that's about an hour after my order was placed with delivery on launch day (25th Sep). I just hope that's not the day the UK weather decides to give us one last glance of summer. I hate being stuck indoors waiting for a courier delivery and not even daring to step outside when it's warm and sunny. I'd quite like it to rain all day on launch day, or at least up until the point that the courier arrives.

Was there anyone who managed to get Apple Pay in the app to work? Read a few pages back some people had problems, i thought it was just my card issuer but seems there was a genuine problem?

Had to go with alternative payment method - wasn't a bother, just gave up on apple pay straight away as I didn't want to F about, still on for 25/9 delivery!
Apple Pay worked fine for me and was very quick indeed (unlike the rest of the site and app!!)

Make sure your shipping address matches exactly. Things like Court instead or Ct. can trip it up.

That happened to me with AmEx. I called them and asked how my street was listed in their system and they had Ave without the period and that would trip up ApplePay. Other credit cards had no problems with that difference.
Mine the same, didn't like delivery address regardless whether work or home. Ended up ordering for collection the Friday morning. Very frustrating though

Preordered through O2 here in the UK using their 'speed to refresh' scheme! Sold my phone to them with O2 Recycle and got £406 for it, was £325 to speed to refresh and upgrade, went for the iPhone 6s 64GB Space Grey with 5GB of data and unlimited calls and texts, cost £39.99 upfront and £46 a month! Decided I'm going to stick with the size of 6/6s then go up to + size with 7, not ready yet!

What was surprising is either how popular or low in inventory the 6s+ is! I got confused and thought O2 opened preorders at 9am but they opened them at 8am, despite this I still got my 6s 64GB SG with launch day delivery and O2 still has them all listed as available for launch day delivery, where as all 6s+ have slipped to 2-3 weeks, with the exception of the Gold colour option. I believe the story here in the UK is the same with Apple too, as I checked a minute ago!

Are you moving from. 6 or 6 plus?

A random question.
I have a phone reserved for pick up in store, would I be able to pay for it using Apple pay in store via NFC? I'm assuming Apple will be one of the ones who don't have the NFC limit.

Did you get the Spigen ones?
