Do we think the UK will see a 'Reserve in Store' option again this year? It came in pretty handy last year - would be good to have that back up option again.
Not sure whether to upgrade from my 6 plus. Tempted to go through the process of "selling" my 6 plus to Mazuma tho for £430, which should lock in the price before it possibly falls when the new models launch, just in case the keynote makes me change my mind. Anyone know how long you get to send your phone off to them and what happens if you just don't go through with it?
I have the 63gb six plus space grey unlocked at the moment and I am looking at getting the six plus s I am hoping the rose gold will be a good colour rather than pink.
I've just 'sold' my 5s to mazuma, it has to be posted off to them within 14 days for you to receive the quoted price. If you don't send it then the order just disappears.
Yes they do at least for the model I have. You can always check their web site for what they are currently offering.
They didn't give me such a good price for 64gb 5s £185 compared with £199.28 on Envirophone (£209.xx with the 5% EXTRA5 code).
That would be great. I didn't upgrade last year but preordered the 5S as soon as preorders went live and was then quite disappointed to get later than the launch date :-(
I quite like the idea of queuing (or at least picking up) at the Apple store since we now have one in my home town!

I believe so as that quote is locked in for that particular purchase. Someone on these forums mentioned they may even offer slightly more at that point but I'm not sure about that.
So is the deal the same with Envirofone.... send within 14 days to get the quoted price and if you change your mind then just don't send it?
If I pre-order, will the phone arrive on launch day? because for me I need to know when, whether to be delivered at work (launch day im at work) or if it comes another day I might not be at work .. so this is a gamble, that’s why I prefer to pick in store at least I know it’s where and I can go on my own time
It all depends how quick you are and whether you manage to get one in the original launch day stock supply. You would likely need to get your preorder in as son as they go live. Even after a few minutes the delivery could change to a later date or delivery window. There really is no way of knowing until you actually preorder. It all depends on supply and demand and which model you go for. Some models may be easier to get then others. Again no one can say in advance.
When pre orders start and you select the phine you want, it will normally say delivers by 18/9. Which would be launch day.
Once pre order stock finishes you wont get a specific day it will normally start saying 1-2 weeks, 2-3 weeks and 3-4 weeks.
These dates will stretch towards end of October i guess.
6S plus case has arrived...now for the phone
Mine was dispatched yesterday so I should have it in the next day or two. I'm not convinced it's an actual 6s Plus case and is in all likely hood just a 6 Plus case but we shall see.

Screen protectors came today but cases should be here Soon and some cases are estimated to arrive on 24th
Maybe this will change after tomorrow or even after following this thread for a day or so more but I'm just not feeling the buzz for this release so far. I'm a yearly upgrader and I'm hoping there's something tomorrow that comes out which has not been leaked so far... Given that nearly everything about the 6 was leaked I'm not holding much hope.
Also not read as much new this year about supply/manufacturing constraints so hopefully there's enough stock for the earlier pre orders. Was over 30 mins after the pre order launch last year I was finally able to access the store and missed the initial launch day stock

6S plus case has arrived...now for the phone
How is the quality of this case? Is it hard plastic or the bendy type and what is the thickness? Thinking of replacing my current clear case as it's smoked up and needs replacing. Cheers.
Yeah it's very good
Got the same type for my S6 edge. Very soild and isn't bendy to me. Gives good projection too.
Has the same case for note 4 and S6 edge so thought stick with what works
