A Plus? Not much chance. You should of pre ordered to pick up in store. You don't pay until you pick up. I.e on the 25th.
To be honest you'll have to get there earlier than 8
If I were looking to do that I'd be down there for 5!!

I've ordered 6s plus 128GB. O2 upgrade. I'm not even Apple fan It's my first iPhone since... first iPhone. This year everyone including Samsung, LG or MS pushing me into an Apple's arms. Next generation of a phone I really loved (note3) looks terrible and is unavailable in Europe. So I sold my old friend note in Monday to pay upfront for s6plus and I'm waiting for 25'th. Hopefully will get it that day (I ordered mine 12.09). And fingers crossed for all of You waiting for your shiny mobiles

Lest few times I've tried to queue on launch day and the proceeding week, 5am was about 50th in line and I never got one.
Hopefully the worldwide release will see less phones crossing markets.
Strange, you should call them and sort that out so that you can use it next time if you want to. Be useful if you could let he rest of us know what explanation they give as well so if anyone else runs into the same thing they can get it sorted. Thanks!
0800 numbers have been free for a while on every network. It's definitely not an add on, it's the law!

Agreed!! I only queued once for the 5S and it was an absolute mess. We were 20 back and by the time the scumbag scampers had let their friends in we were nearly 100 back. It was people pushing them back out by the end of it. I was about ready to start smashing skulls by opening time.
I sent apple a really long email about it with some suggestions and to be fair to them I got a call back and they seemed genuinely interested in how it went.
Me and a pal have decided next year we will reserve to pickup for 8 and go down earlier and enjoy the ambience without the stress of trying to get a phone!
It's definitely showing as an add-on in my EE app. Didn't realise this was the law. But... about a month ago I was looking into renewing my contract I was speaking to an EE assistant on the webchat and explained to her that I need to keep my 0800 add-on and she said that if I switch sim only contracts I will need to BUY the add-on separately, and this was after the 1st of July! Scammers, the lot of them!

Went for a regular free delivery. The delivery info is still stuck on APPLE EUROPE, ASIA, AFRICA etc with a weird tracking number...If the cases do not arrive today, I will get in touch with Apple. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, changed my plans as well to sign for the delivery...What a wast of a day
I might do that today in the evening when my partner is back from work, she needs to ring as well to sort it out. Will definitely post an update with regards to this, as it's just strange!
I recieved one of those two days ago. Yesterday I recieved an extension email. So wait another day or two. You should get an email.
Yes. I bought an iPhone 6 that was sim free from cpw. It cost exactly the same as going into an Apple Store. CPW is only down the road so was more convenient. It's been used on several different networks throughout its life. HTH
I got a 6+ on contract for my daughter. The rep told me to make sure I put the correct sim in first time as the contract phone would lock to the first network sim put into it

If it's the free delivery option it comes via Royal Mail (my 6 and 5s cases did) and will just get shoved through the letter box. I didn't have to sign
Thanks for the info, can't remember how they got delivered last year, but you're probably right. I can then leave the house today and enjoy the...rain.

Nice is that just the normal gold Apple stand where did you buy the gold charger?
Did your extension email come thru a day after you received the one like mine above too?
