Well, DHL and Apple screwed me over:
No timeslot this morning so waited until 11:30 and called Apple.
Apple contacted DHL who said the package was damaged so didn't deliver it.
I asked Apple to tell DHL to deliver it anyway and if it was only packaging damage, I'd be fine.
Apple call back to tell me DHL can't find the package.
Apple support then assure me that a new iPhone 17 Pro Max will be delivered on Monday and I will receive email confirmation.
No email by 17:00 so I call support again-now saying no record of the Monday delivery slot and I will have to wait 2-3 business days for a replacement order to be processed.
Utter shambles.
