Zollotech alluded to this in his Air review but I noticed its design is closer to my 13 Pro than the 17 Pro which is rounder on the corners.
Can I ask how have people found the ergonomics on either phone.
By the way I was quite surprised by the speaker test by Zollotech on the Air as it seems like it would be fine for voice but not music.

The kids inside us died down once we used our toys, now for the next year toy.
Finally got round to setting everything up. I preach the "set up as new" process but it's a pain in the proverbial to download everything manually haha. Watch set up. Only issue now is a secondary number I have with Lyca Mobile which I couldn't transfer the eSim and now can't receive passcodes as I wiped my old phone already. Oops. Also a few bubbles on screen protector which I hope will be gone soon. TechWoven case feels amazing.

Well its the end of the day and I still have 68% battery so going down to the pro is similar or better than my last pro max when it was new never felt like I needed more even 4 years later it was only after ios 26 update I was close to needing a quick top in the evening. Hopefully this phone will last that well.
For the first time I’m regretting my colour choice.. got deep blue wishing went for orange.. have just placed a order for a orange pro max for delivery between 14-21st October.. worked out if it’s closer to the 14th it would work out within my window to initiate a return and then send off my deep blue one 🤞

its also has active cooling... I have a very old ESR one and still use it as I value the active cooling. stops the phone and battery overheating.

Nope using a Torras one and it’s been fine . I’ll never use another brand after using it on my 15pm

No, I don't have any issues with my ESR.
What brand are you using? It might be the issue.
Tried ESR Armorite and after that failed tried TOCOL. All had same issue where the sides wouldn’t stick. Applied many of these over the years and never seen this before.
Weird, I have had no issue. I originally had the Belkin from Apple, then switched to the ESR 9H+ with no bubble issues.
Loving the beats case bought for the 17 pro max case and got apple to do a screen protector it’s easier.
The post you linked to was regarding a 16 pro not a 17. So kinda weird to say what the issue might be. Seeing as no reports of this for the 17 it points to user error but I’m sure you know how to fit them. Maybe take it in to Apple.
I know it was regarding the 16 pro but it’s the same thing I’m experiencing on the 17 Pro Max and was a good description of the issue.
