Anyone had any luck with o2?

Got as far as paying £1 and getting my contract emailed to me for approval then site reset to basket :(

Went for in-store pickup, chose date/time, then said unavailable on that day so panic bought with home delivery and will have to hope if I give my neighbour my ID they keep an eye out for the van turning up or it's after I finish work for the day... Annoyingly it now says that day pickup for the exact same model at my local store is now available for it.

Still showing launch day delivery for the following models...

17 Pro - Deep Blue - all storage sizes
17 Pro Max - Deep Blue - 2TB

Not sure why the blue isn't more popular - closest colour to black (always popular), and I think some people are going to get tired of the orange within a few months or see at is a temporary novelty.

Cheers, but I assume the monthly payments are the same between IUP and the interest free 24 month loan? So with the loan after 12 months I could just trade it in and start another loan?
Per month payments are different because you pay 20 monthly payments (plus the 69 when you pick up the phone)

My friend's reserved already and isn't on the programme yet, so a new joiner? He just did it in the app following this link:

I've been on it for years, just happened to pay off my iup loan earlier this week but unable to reserve - only options is to pay upfront

anyone who has used Barclay's financing before: how exactly does it work if i want to pay extra or settle my loan early?

It says to phone them up but how do they take the money? Do I just give them my card details or do they take it out my bank account as a single transfer or part of the direct debit?

I only went with the financing because I don't want to drop £1400 right now. I'll pay it monthly for a while but I will eventually want to pay it off earlier.

I got as far as the basket with my O2 switch up and then it just said there was something wrong with it and now there is a 45 minute wait to get back onto the site.

I did it years ago. You can pay it all off by debit card.

Can't remember it ever being this bad! I got as far as the tariff/extra selection on my Mac, then it just is endlessly loading and bringing up "Something went wrong" loops.

Enjoying the gaslighting of "There was a problem with your internet connection" message too.

On my phone I had a 38 minute queue, only to be let in, press the button to upgrade and straight into another 10 minute queue. Their idea of what a "minute" is, is also very wrong.

Dire.

No I have never experienced anything like this with O2 before. Was very straightforward last year.

Here we go. Picking up from Apple store White City, London.

Went for the FineWoven case with it.

Paid up front.

I even picked the store I wanted to collect from and it was collection on the 19th, bet that's slipped now!

What a mess! I’ve got 3 separate orders now! and there’s no option to cancel anywhere. They all just say ‘We’ve received your payment information and are preparing your order.’
