Hope the deliveries of watch and phone are different

Not sure if it's hugely less popular, there's a possibility Apple are manufacturing more of them as it's the closest thing to a black/grey/dark phone. In the poll it seemed Deep Blue was the most popular choice on here.

I used to reserve through this page for years (including last year). It normally worked from the preorder day? It feels like they've shunted everything into the app this year.

It's to make an in-store reservation for pickup once the phone is available

Okay this is weird/a loophole but...

On the upgrade programme page, if you go on it, click that you're an existing customer. Put your iPhone serial number and IMEI in. It will say it can't find you. Then on the next page type anything in.

Then it will say you haven't joined yet. You can join. Click the button and it works.

This works even if you've never been an Upgrade Programme customer before.

Edit: ignore me, it just redirects you to the normal store.

So i've taken out the 24 months barclays, but will go into the Apple store with my phone a couple days after launch and cancel and switch it over to the IUP.

This way I guarantee getting the phone.

Managed to order 17PM orange 512gb for store pick up on 19th as delivery option was mid October! The deep blue is the only option I can see left now for launch day pick ups at a handful of stores: The Airs though are still available and there doesn’t seem to be stock issues at all.

Order went through, have had "we're processing" but the status page of the order says "Your order is on hold, once your application is approved, we will email you updated pickup information".

Wondering if it adds this extra approval step when you choose to pick it up?

iPhone 17PM Blue 256GB ordered

i was gonna skip everything this year but have ordered a 17 PM, Series 11 watch, and Airpods Pro 3....

sold my MacBook Air which i hardly use so that covers the cost of the watch + airpods including AC+

the cost of the 17 PM is too much to pay upfront at the moment so went with financing lol £40/month over 24 months but will likely pay it off sooner.

next friday is gonna be so exciting!
