For anyone who ordered the Air - what case did you get or plan to get?
Anyone know of any good brands that do ultra slim transparent cases? I've ordered this for now but would like something even slimmer.

QUESTION:
15 Pro Max 512GB
On Finance you get Applecare+ with theft and loss for £9.99 a month for 24 months - I'm assuming it can be changed to ongoing beyond this if needed?
If I pay for the phone up front, the same Applecare is £11.99 a month ongoing
Why the difference?
Exactly my point. Paying £59.90/month for the same model, with AC+ and my O2 Sim only plan is less than £10 a month for 60GB data.
Because if you pay upfront it's for 2 years, Finance is broken into 24 months... I think?
I am seething.
I'm going out of the country next Saturday for three weeks (France, Spain, Morocco road trip in our camper), so I wanted to find out the other day what the limit for trade in was. I have a 15 Pro Max that I wanted to trade in. 14 days - they can't extend it. I'll likely be out of the country when the box arrives.
Fine, I'll sell it privately - probably get a bit more money for it, but it's a hassle and it means the monthly payments will be higher for the 17 Pro Max that I wanted. No bother, I'll put the money I get for my 15 Pro Max towards the new phone to offset the monthly cost (I know it wouldn't reduce the monthly payments, it would just shorten the loan).
The chat person I talked to said 'Oh you should 'get ready to pre-order' so I did. I got the Barclays finance stuff sorted and it added a phone to my basket ready for pre-ordering today.
13:00 comes around - the app on the phone says 'Stay at this screen until pre-orders open'. It sits there for 5 minutes. Finally I'm in and all I have to do is press the pre-order button.
I then get an email with the delivery date not the 19th as I'd expected it to be (like every other item I've ever pre-ordered - the day Apple says it'll be available is the day I get the item.). But No. No no no....On my order it says between the 24th and 29th. There literally will be no one here to accept it.
I phone Apple up - the first bloke, couldn't give a toss. His computer was down too, so couldn't be bothered about anything. He puts me through to someone else when I said I wanted to cancel my order, I could barely understand him - tried to cancel but the order is not showing up on their system. Told to check back in an hour - surprise surprise, nothing is different. So I need to call back again to cancel the order.
I guess the only saving grace is that when I'm back from my trip, I'll be able to do the trade in with Apple and get the cheaper monthly finance price.
Didn't know that was possible. Do you need to keep the box unopened? So i've taken out the 24 months barclays, but will go into the Apple store with my phone a couple days after launch and cancel and switch it over to the IUP.
This way I guarantee getting the phone.
I've had a nightmare there 🤣 🤣24 months is 2 years, no?.......

I’m on EE for my airtime but have the phone from Apple. Transferring eSIM between phones when doing the Apple upgrade is a ball ache. That’s why I still have a physical SIM.The EE forum is my guilty pleasure this time of year, especially on Thursday when people find out they won't be getting it delivered on Friday despite multiple phone calls and the reassurance of multiple agents. lol
Ok let me try again.QUESTION:
